Richard is a credit to your company, even though there was a delay to my order through circumstances that were beyond their control, he kept me updated on the status and when it was resolved the goods were shipped the next day. More companies need to take a leaf out of Richards book.

Ordered on the Sunday but hadn’t heard anything regarding a dispatch notification so called first thing Tuesday to be informed by a very helpful and informative customer service person that it’s out on delivery with DX direct from supplier and the next thing I know literally 15 minutes later it arrives 👍.
So a first class speedy service at a very competitive price. 😃
