Super customer service!
I purchased some acrylic inserts for some Hafele wire baskets in our kitchen. They were easy to find on the website and arrived within a few days, well packaged and safe. Unfortunately, they were not quite the right items but Richard kindly responded quickly to my email, identified the issue and arranged the return and refund. This was excellent, proactive customer services and I would highly recommend this company.
