I was replacing soft close hinges on a…
I was replacing soft close hinges on a cupboard door. I knew the make but not the product number. I called BK and received very professional help. I was able to describe the item over the phone and they were able to identify the product I needed and promised it would be sent out within 24 hours. A little while later I received a call from BK saying the had noticed on my order I had only ordered the hinge, but not the plate and they didn't want me to be disappointed when it arrived only for me to find I needed the plate as well. I assured them I didn't need the plate, I was only replacing the hinge itself.
The package arrive at my home exactly when they said it would.
I was very impressed with the professionalism I received at the hands of BK Services and thank them for their attention to detail.

Would have been 5 stars but for the fact that their website reported that there were 21 of the items I wanted in stock, but after I completed the order I was informed that they actually had none. The stock levels were the reason I ordered from them over other suppliers. When I eventually received the product it was perfect as described, well packaged and reasonably priced.

Great service, website needs a little work
Docked one star because the website claimed the product was in stock when it wasn't. That said, I placed the order over the weekend and BK Services called me first thing on Monday morning to explain and apologise. I was given a new estimated delivery date with the option to cancel the order. Wasn't in a hurry so accepted the wait and in the end the order arrived direct from the supplier well before the estimate. Can't fault the service, just need to check the website. Thanks.

I ordered and paid for goods on Friday July 17th and received an acknowledgement. No goods have been delivered and all we have received is a request to provide a rating on Trustpilot. I sent an e-mail to BK but no response has been received. AVOID
