Ordered door knobs product 12 days ago…
Ordered door knobs product 12 days ago and its still not delivered. Followed up by e-mail 3 days ago asking for an update and no response to this mail either. I appreciate it's a busy time for couriers and that delivery is likely to be delayed but less impressed that there is no response to a customer query.

Exceptional customer service
I needed hinges for a very particular application and was pulling my hair out trying to find the right ones until I spoke to Nick at BK. He spent ages on the phone helping me identify the correct hinge with not a hint of frustration, which you almost always get from similar companies when a request is other than straightforward. On receipt I realised I'd specified the mounting bracket incorrectly. One call to BK and I had the correct bracket within 24 hours.
This should be the norm for customer service but unfortunately it's not and it had to be commented upon. BK are a real pleasure to do business with and I'd highly recommend them.
