Excellent service. I ordered a Fjallraven hoody and it was delivered to me in the UK within about 8 days.
Excellent product and service.

They charged me 50 euros for the fast delivery and they didn’t comply with their promise and they didn’t return the money. Don’t use it !!

Ordered a bag on a Saturday night, parcel arrived on Thursday. Speedy delivery, correct item - very cheap. Very impressed, will be shopping here again.

Just bought a Nitro Snowboard, good price, said it would be delivered on the 10th of November, its day 6 early in the morning and it’s already home. Very easy order, fast delivery, just the board could have some more bubbles to protect, but other than that, perfect, recomend

I wasn't sure about this company because I had never heard of them. But they stock some unbelievably cool footwear.

I ordered a pair of Vans hi tops and heard nothing after a couple of days. So I emailed the support to make sure my order went through. A friendly girl got back within hours to assure me it was received and would be posted shortly.

Three days later the shoes came and they were perfect.

Would recommend for sure.

I ordered a pair of DC shoes, got them delivered to BE a few days later. Everything worked smoothly !

I was on the lookout for a KONA mtb and Blackcomb was the only one with the right size and affordable price. I was a little hesitant because of the foreign website from CZ and low price. The ordering went easy and within the same day I received a dispatch notice from DPD in Poland(?). After 6 working days the bike was delivered to my front door in The Netherlands. Great job, thank you Blackcomb!

Ordered a running jacket that was sold out in UK. Great price and tracking service. Arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition. Very pleased with the service and would use again

Wau! I ordered a backbag on monday (to Finland). I told them, that I know I am too late, but I am going to travel next monday and I would preciate to get it before. I did not expect to get my new backbag in time, but suprisingly I got it already on thursday. Wau. Perfect packing also!

Probably the best customer service I've experienced to date. Very fast dispatch, and plenty of tracking information which was really appreciated, peace of mind.
I wanted to double check the stock was available and the information of the item was correct, so I sent a small email. Shortly after I received a very considerate and helpful reply explaining all I needed to know. Import/customs fees was another question I asked about, and according to the UK gov website items under £135 have none, only above. This was also confirmed by Blackcomb customer services, which I was very grateful for, and very relieved to hear about.
The estimated arrival was also sensibly calculated as 8 to 10 days, and my item arrived within this time frame. Although Blackcomb is amazing, customs at the country the item is entering into can take somewhat of an unknown duration according to some light online research, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days...

The item was beautifully packaged, perfect and safety transported within. Very happy, and highly recommend Blackcomb. So grateful that EU companies like Blackcomb exist with the abablity to export to a wider audience.
A world that includes, loves and shares is a better world. Hope the UK will decide to return to the EU, or better yet a united world; afterall we are all born of our same mother Earth soil, are we not

I wanted a particular pair of limited edition DC trainers that were out of stock everywhere, except for blackcomb! I was a little hesitant at first, but no customs charges and super quick delivery! Paid slightly more than RRP but to be expected for limit run items.

Do I have to pay VAT if I order a pair of shoes? :)

Be careful with this company as I ordered something and it was delivered somewhere else and they said that there is nothing they can do and that they don’t have a customer service department so be warned

Ordered a pair of Kayland Hiking boots to replace a pair I'd previously bought locally 4 years ago, but finding a UK stockist was proving a bit difficult. I found a pair on your site, and also felt a bit sceptical but I decided to go for it. They arrived after 10 days , due to.postal strikes. They were cheaper than anywhere else and I'm really happy that I went ahead. Thank you !

I was so sceptical - was sure I was going to order the shoes and be scammed. But they dispatched them within a day and they arrived to Australia within 2-3 weeks! I'm amazed and recommend them.

I never leave reviews but had to for this site because I wasn't sure it was legit when I bought some trainers. Turns out they're completely legit and somehow have lots of stuff that's sold out elsewhere.

My shipping time wait was longer than expected but there have been Royal Mail strikes to be fair.

Anyway... if you're worried about buying from them, don't be! I will be using them again for sure.

I ordered a Burton snowboard jacket from them. I had a small issue with the PayPal payment that was solved very quickly. The product just arrived as expected and intact.

The snowboard boots were a good price even with the delivery costs from the Czech Republic, but what I hadn't anticipated was the £80 import tax as the UK is no longer in the EU. This made the product significantly more expensive than buying from a UK shop. Would have been helpful to have an idea of just how high the tax was before purchase, as I wouldn't have bothered if I had known.
