The snowboard boots were a good price even with the delivery costs from the Czech Republic, but what I hadn't anticipated was the £80 import tax as the UK is no longer in the EU. This made the product significantly more expensive than buying from a UK shop. Would have been helpful to have an idea of just how high the tax was before purchase, as I wouldn't have bothered if I had known.

This store is legit, DAMN THEY WERE FAST WITH THEIR DELIVERY!

Ordered a pair of Cool Shoe Corp flip flops to be delivered in UK.

I was a little worried as there was no shipment data happening so emailed customer service & asked.

They responded straight away explaining it was public holidays in Czech & my item would be shipped later that day.

They arrived in perfect condition within the next week, no duty tax extra import fees

I ordered a new snowboard helmet and goggles on Wednesday, and received them on Sunday in Montreal, Canada! Super fast fulfillment and shipping, product quality amazing, and they have an awesome selection of styles that you can't find in North America. Would definitely order from them again.

Found a gorgeous cheap Roxy swimsuit on this site. Was nervous about purchasing as had seen negative reviews and it was immediately post Brexit, so was concerned that I might be charged import tax on top or it would take ages to arrive. Went for the cheapest shipping option. Item took less than 2 weeks to arrive, got a despatch email and I emailed back after a week asking for a tracking code, which was immediately emailed back to me, and I was delighted that the package was on its way and arrived the next day. They are VAT registered so you don’t get stung for additional costs.
I have no experience of returning an item, which could be trickier, but if you know exactly what you are buying and the size you need that’s not an issue.
I will definitely recommend this company to others, as the purchase was smooth and the price excellent!

bought a pair of vans sk8-hi pro (which were not available in my country - that size and color) and some bearings just days ago.
they shipped in record time and the delivery to Portugal was smooth.

Superfast customer service through email. They replied in minutes. I ordered a duffel bag that was a lot cheaper than anywhere else in the world. They said it would arrive in six days. I needed it for a trip so I had to ask. It arrived in three days from the Czech Republic to Sweden. Perfect packaging. Perfect everything. Will of course order there again if they have good offers.

I ordered a sleeping bag and I received an email about the delivery time. I was at the home the whole day and exactly at the delivery time I received another email that "unfortunately you were not available and your order will be in a store, go and pick it up!" I am so upset and shocked! However, the price was competitive!

I ordered a snowboard from them that was sold out in all United State stores including the Burton website. And I received the package in 2 days all the way from Europe despite the Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend purchasing from this website.

I haven't received the product just yet, but I wanted to compliment the AT support staff for responding to my inquiries via email (Jan, Nusa, Barbara). In the end, I ended up calling direct to correct a poor decision on my part (to order using pre-payment instead of online credit card order). Barbora not only helped solve the problem with the payment within a couple of minutes (without any further input needed from my side) but also placed my order to ship the same day. A big relief, considering I am planning to go on vacation in 8 days. Thank you, Barbara and team. :)

Ordered a ski helmet, was really good value delivery was tracked and arrived on time. unfortunately the helmet didn’t fit and I needed to return it - did that via Parcelforce, yes it was at my own expense but that’s how it works, they received it and very quickly processed a refund. So can’t fault them at all overall a good experience.
