This was an anniversary gift,it was well made and looks lovely sat in the recipients garden. Delivery was speedy came the day after it was ordered. Very impressed.

I ordered a hot pink mail box and it is sublime! It looks fantastic outside my front door. As it was completely affordable I was wondering what the quality would be like . I was not disappointed, it looks and feels substantial! Even the postman loves it!!

Lets start with the webpage prior to checkout it states typically 2-3 days delivery go through checkout the goal posts are moved to 7-10 days delivery,looked at the reviews here alarm bells start ringing customers not recieving furniture for up to 8 weeks,contacted customer services for a delivery date no replys so contacted paypal to open a dispute so i cover myself for a refund,eventually had a reply only because paypal got involved and wasnt happy with the reply from the customer service manager a non commiting delivery date so stated cancel order and request refund eventually got refund some 2 weeks later paypal recovered the funds.The website tries to give impression of as ironworks(not a blacksmith to be seen) alas this furniture is chinese manufactured dropping shipped and you have to sort the carrier delivery yourself for delivery its quite amusing the cushions come later in a seperate shipment some weeks later why?

Recently purchased a gazebo on clearance, very good quality. Arrived well packaged with care and attention.

Quick to take money, not quick to respond or send items! Called, emailed, no items, no confirmation of delivery despite it stating items are in stock. Avoid this company!!!!

I placed my order on 23rd April and had still not received my goods. They confirmed that my items are not made in the UK so it may be worth checking before you order a particular item.
I called today and requested a refund which they have promised to do. They also agreed to make a charitable donation to Lingen Davies Cancer Charity as a gesture of goodwill which goes beyond what I was expecting.

This wasn't my first purchase from Black Country Metal Works as I had bought a present from them before. One of the items was damaged in transit but Holly sorted it out and ordered a replacement for next day delivery so can't fault the customer service or the products.

I bought the medium pig first and when he arrived I loved him so much I bought his Mama in the Ex-Large! They are absolutely gorgeous in my garden. Such beautiful quality pieces from this family run business. Excellent service from Rhiannon who had them both delivered really quickly. Do not hesitate to start your little piggy family 🐷🤣

Thank you for speedy delivery. The garden table and chairs arrived this morning. Assembly was straightforward and we quickly put all altogether. We ate al fresco tonight. The quality is great. So nice to find a British company building up to a specification rather than down to a price. Solid and elegant.
