I received my horse shoe on time and beautifully packaged. The lovely shoe is a gift for my parents to put above the front door of their new home. It came carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper inside the box.

I was looking for a replacement brass knocker for a Victorian front door . After reading very good reviews I rang and spoke to Holly Copeland who was very helpful and put my order in! So nice to actually speak to a person as I’m elderly and finding it hard having to order so many things on line . Hopefully I will be equally pleased when it is delivered next week . And they are a perfect gift for someone who will appreciate the hard work and thought and effort that has gone into it at such a reasonable price. Communication is great. Postage was very quick and it was very well packaged. In fact, I gifted it in the box that it arrived in and just wrapped it in nice wrapping paper. I’ve bought two items from this company one for my dad and one for my husband and both the presents went down really well. I’d also like to thank Rhiannon at Etsy customer service for such a great job. I can highly recommend this seller for buying really quirky well-made gifts for others or yourself.

Ben makes such beautiful and timeless pieces, I have purchased a few of the Tin men and have loved the craftsmanship in everyone. Rhiannon has helped in the process brilliantly.
