I had a wonderful experience regarding…

I had a wonderful experience regarding a gift card I had. The card had not expired and had a balance, yet it was not working. I did not realize that if a card is inactive, the balance goes to zero. I sent a message to customer service, and within a day, they reinstated my card and balance and let me know why it wasn't working. I am now aware of the inactivity time frame and was greatful they gave me a one time pass and reinstated my gift card. Wonderful service and generous offer! Another company could have said too bad, tough loss, and done nothing. Thank you again!

Outstanding Customer Service

Prompt, caring customer service. The representative called me by name, listened attentively to my concern and quickly corrected the issue. She provided detailed to the time frame I would receive the replacement gift card and assured me the funds dod not have an expiration date. Highly professional and effective communication.

Great Customer Service

I made a purchase with the remaining funds on my Visa gift card. The gift card was disposed of due to no remaining balance. I had to return part of the purchase, and the return was placed on the gift card that I no longer had. I contacted the customer service phone number and spoke with a representative who advised the refund was pending and when it posts, a new card will be issued. I waited a couple of days and called back. Another customer service representative checked and the refund had posted, the representative advised I will receive a new card in 7-10 days with the refunded amount on it. Excellent customer service by both representatives and a great relief knowing that a new card will be issued with the refund amount on it.

I sent you a request to reimburse me and you wont respond in a professional manner…

I sent you a request to reimburse me for a gift card that was drained. You keep sending me over and over emails requesting additional info but dont tell me what info. I sent a picture of the front and back of the card and you just sent me an email requesting additional info that I previously requested.
Do not use this company unless you want to spend hours sending them the same info over and ovelr.

Just don’t!! Where do I even start!?!

Where do I even start!?!! Unless you want to spend a portion of your day, or days, in frustration with no solutions. Calling 4 different numbers multiples times, for multiple hours, explaining the same thing multiple times, to multiple so called “customer service representatives” that give you multiple explanations, with possible multiple different reasons for the issue, and to pass you on to multiple other companies; Apple, Visa, your network provider, just to end up circling back to multiple times to, by the grace of god, finally get all of these MULTIPLE Blackhawk associates to give you a collectively consistent and aligning answer..”Sorry, there’s nothing we can do”.
I wasted hours of my time, I’ve wasted my money, just for them to spend hours of their time, doing absolutely nothing! They are practically unreachable, they are departmentally unorganized, and they don’t care, because they don’t have to. It will forever be etched into my brain to assertively warn people in any discussion of gift cards to, at all costs, stay away from Blackhawk!!! So long and thanks for all the fish!

Awesome Customer Service!

The page crashed when I was purchasing a digital gift card & I wasn't sure it went through, so I purchased another. When I found out both had gone through, I contacted customer service to undo one of the charges. I didn't even know if it was possible, but they addressed my issue very promptly & issued a refund for one of the cards. I couldn't believe how quickly & politely they resolved the issue! Awesome customer service!

I thought I lost the money on my gift…

I thought I lost the money on my gift card. I called and explained i didn't realize it expired that day and the nice guy was very helpful in getting me a new card. I was delighted!!
