Speedy delivery & paperless returns
First time ordering from Blackleaf, I did so as they had 10% off the Patagonia torrentshell I was looking for, however I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Amazing choice of products, super quick dispatch / delivery and the jacket is of superb quality. Minimal packaging and paperless returns top it off. Very positive experience.

Scammed of VAT
Be careful purchasing from Blackleaf if you are not a UK customer. I purchased an item and paid for the product including the appropriate VAT rate for my country.
Upon receipt, the VAT that I had already paid Blackleaf was not paid on the delivery. This left me with paying both the VAT (again) and a hefty VAT processing fee to the shipper.
Unfortunately, Blackleaf customer support refuses any wrongdoing (they clearly do not understand the rules of international sales) and the company can now pocket the extra VAT payment they took from me.
Will certainly not be a customer here again.

Outstanding Customer Service
I had received a pair of boots that came worn. I understood that it was an honest mistake and reached out to customer service where I spoke to James. He very quickly made things right and apologized for the mistake. Blackleaf is now sending me another pair of boots and even rushed shipped them. James and his team were kind enough to issue a partial refund for our troubles. The customer service team at Blackleaf is outstanding, kind, helpful. I will definitely buy from them again.
