DO NOT BUY from this website if you…
DO NOT BUY from this website if you live outside of the UK. I ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket at the price of 250 euros including shipping and taxes. As it is clearly stated on their website, orders within the European union are sent with all taxes prepaid in advance and you don't have to pay customs fees and taxes even after the Brexit. I was called from ups and asked to pay 177.87 euros extra for customs fees, taxes and handling.I contacted Blackleaf about the issue and to this moment i had no answer.I ended paying 428 euro for this jacket. A serious and respected business would not let this happen. I am waiting for some kind of restitution.I have all the papers proving the above. Order number is 9960665
UPDATE 10-01-2023 Nobody contacted me about the customs issue. They left me hanging dry and lost a substantial amount of money. I WILL NEVER buy anything from Blackleaf neither their brother website Countryattire.

Don’t buy from Blackleaf
Don’t buy from Blackleaf, I ordered 2 Patagonia items from them on the 22/11/22, and have received nothing. I’ve contacted customer support and they have been incredibly unhelpful! It’s now the 23/12/22 and I’ve no idea what’s happening! They happily took my £350.00, but not happy to refund me for items that have not been received. DO NOT BUY FROM BLACKLEAF!
