How can I review something i bought from You when I haven't received it

I bought a berghaus sleeping bag on the 6th January Tuesday paid for next day delivery and should off been with me by the Thursday 8th January?

It's Now the 13th January a week later and still no sleeping bag delivered
Seriously will not buy from this Company again ....Customer service just ignore you Completely

Cal was boss in dealing with me and an issue I had with a jacket I bought from store. His customer service is ace and he’s looked after me time and time again since.

People are always quick to moan when they have a gripe, but far less so when praise is due—so credit where it’s deserved. Outstanding customer service, genuine care, and consistency every visit.
Top guy, like the rest of the team.

Helpful staff. Not easy for them to have to run in and out of stockroom. Shoes should be out so customer can get help themselves

Was in store today bought a coat. Grace the shop assistant was really helpful nothing was too much trouble. Organising the item to be delivered to home.

All the staff were really helpful. Sean and Martin went above and beyond to help me. We needed a replacement pole for our tent asap as was using that weekend at a festival. The store helped me locate an alternative, they made the replacement pole out of stock they had and kept me updated on any parts that I would need that they didn't stock. After I ordered the replacement parts they also fitted them to the pole for me. All in time for the festival.

Served by Vicky who was helpful, friendly and efficient.
I recommend this branch of Blacks.

I was quickly greeted in store and directed to the sections I needed. Eric helped me to select some gaiters and gave sound advice. He was very helpful and patient while I tried on a few daypacks. I’ve bought a number of items at this store in recent years and always find the staff are polite and helpful.

I went into the shop and went upstairs to buy some Salomon socks and couldn’t see them, about 30 seconds later Vicky one of the shop assistants come over and immediately showed me the location and told me they were on special offer, superb service

Great service from Megan and Eric. They helped us choose the right walking shoes and also advised us on some of the sale items that were beneficial for us.

I was assisted by Megan and her tape measure to sort out new laces!, didn't stalk me (I often walk out of a shop if staff member does that) and I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of walking socks on top of laces, very very good personal skills has Megan.

I was served by Vicky & Callum. They were very helpful, polite & pleasant. I had purchased a rucksack earlier in the week at Go Outdoors however, as it was end of range they only had black. Vicky agreed to my request to exchange it for a different colour.

This is the third shop (neither of which were Blacks) I've been in looking for a pair of walking shoes - in the both the previous shops I'd ended up walking out as the staff were just not interested. Here the staff (and Megan in particular) struck exactly the right balance between leaving you to browse, yet being on hand when needed.
The shop had a good stock and was reasonably priced.

I often visit this store . Good range of products and friendly staff.
I'll be going again.

Vicky was very helpful to get me the things I needed for my trip

I had placed an order online but it had been delivered wrong after not getting very far with the online help I went in store feeling a bit deflated to try and sort out the refund. I was served by Martin who was so helpful and made the return a breeze, he found the correct coat in-store and sorted out all the paperwork so I was able to leave with the original jacket I wanted. Absolutely wonderful member of staff.

Had a problem with a tent pole my son broke whilst at Glastonbury. I spoke to Martin at Aintree to see if they had a replacement in stock. I took it in for him to have a look and he kindly repaired the broken tent pole. Way above the level of service expected. Highly recommended.

Sean was absolutely brilliant in assisting me when choosing walking poles. He also offered great advice with a question I had about walking boots. A great asset to your team in Aintree!
