Mountain shoes
10/10 outstanding customer service from Hollie and Joe today whilst buying shoes for myself and my girlfriend. Both members were extremely patient, understanding, attentive and polite throughout the process of finding the right shoe & fit topped off with great discounted prices at the end.
These guys are a credit to their company and deserve a pay rise!

Top quality service.
I spent 45 minutes with Joe who looked after me really well as I tried on numerous pairs of boots before settling on a pair which I think will serve me well. Joe had an excellent understanding of the various footwear options and talked me through the options carefully and patiently. An excellent retail experience. Thanks Joe.
