Enjoyable shopping experience at Blacks and excellent customer service.
I enjoyed my recent shopping experience and visit to Blacks at the Cardiff Bay Retail Park. Amber, the sales assistant, was most helpful and provided a very pleasant and professional level of customer service. I was highly satisfied and appreciated her advice and patience.
I will definitely visit again and return to Blacks in the not too distant future.

I’d give more than five stars if I could!
We bought a drive away awning which broke while still under warranty within the first year. Rebecca in this store was extremely helpful with the refund of the broken awning and went above and beyond to help us with purchasing a replacement at a point where lots of items were out of stock. She was really knowledgeable, friendly and really went out of her way to help us.
Can’t thank her enough and I’d recommend this store to anyone for the level of customer service!

I made an enquiry over the phone about a pair of Watershoes.
The young lady with the annoying voice was very helpful with finding out the sizes for me.

Had an incorrect delivery from the online shop, which the customer care seemed to ignore when I emailed.
Sorted out in store within a few minutes, and I got a second item for a large discount as there was an in store offer.
