The sales person “Luke” was very polite and well mannered, I had come in with an individual with whom I provide care and has complex Mental Health needs.
He recognised this immediately and got on with processing the items we purchased, he also asked about the Blue Light scheme, unfortunately I don’t have my BL card but was told on the next occasion I will get a discount 🙂👍🏼.
Brilliant service as always from Blacks and it’s staff.
