Staff were friendly and helpful
Staff were on hand to help out. When a T-shirt I wanted from a sale rack turned out to be in the wrong place and not on sale, Rebecca offered a discount which nearly matched the offer anyway. She couldn't have been fairer and was very helpful and friendly. I was happy coming out of the shop.

Well presented with expert staff
The store was very well presented and the staff were so knowledgeable helping get the right rucksack and boots for my hike.
Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get sites and booted for the great outdoors.

Rebecca helped me today after my pair of walking boots developed a squeaky heel. Without any fuss or bother she refunded me the full amount of the boots which then enabled me to buy another pair so I can keep on walking! Great service.
