I was greeted by the lovely jony in a previous week. I had questions about a bag and he was able give me answers straight away. Overall i have had a lovely experience within this shop as every member of staff was bubbly and full of energy.

Came in to the shop for nikwax and walked out with a great deal that was on offer.

Would just like to say what great service I received in the Dundee shop on Saturday . They ordered my jacket for me without any problem. They said I may only get it on Wednesday as it was the weekend. To my surprise I got it on Sunday. Thanks for such good service.

As I had no references about this shop, before visiting Blacks, I phoned to request further information and was encouraged to come in and be attended personally. I am very glad I did. The customer service provided by all the staff was superb, and George, who advised me, proposed many different models of hiking boots, and provided exceptional service. From the outset, he understood what I was looking for, took the time to listen to my concerns, and endeavoured to find the right boots that I was looking for. In spite of spending time online, and making calls, and leaving no stone unturned, unfortunately the options I required were not in stock. But I did leave the shop wiser, and impressed by the good service...and having made a few other purchases.

Ordered a pair of walking boots which were too big so returned to the store. Jony was super patient with me as I tried on lots of different styles/makes/sizes and very helpful and with great product knowledge , I would definitely shop here again and recommend to others

I went in for new walking boots and within a few minutes I was trying on boots. Dylan served me and listened carefully to what I needed and gave me a few options to think about but also gave a clear recommendation about what to start with - and those were the boots I went with. There were lots of young attentive staff around, there were a range of products and prices so I ended up coming out with more than I went in for!

JONY was a great guy, good customer service good intentions and very helpful.

I’ve started doing a lot more walking through the summer, my current footwear was past its best and needed replacement. I had an idea what I was looking for and Dylan in the branch attended to me, I tried two or three pairs and found what I wanted. The staff are very helpful.

Purchased a pair of safety boots from Jony at the Dundee store, showed me what was on display unfortunately I needed steel toe cap so after a couple of minutes whilst he checked the back store & he appeared with the pair I was after, brilliant service as usual as I have shopped here a few times 👍

After some poor service in a couple of other shoe shops, I went into Blacks and Holly was extremely helpful and patient with me. Tried on several shoes and with her advice, got exactly what I wanted and at a good price too. Well done!

I was wanting to buy a pair of walking shoes. George was patient, helpful and gave appropriate information as I made my decision (also bore with me in a change of mind about taking the items on offer accompanying the sale!). Very satisfied with my experience as a customer and with my purchase.

Looking for a good quality waterproof jacket with breathability. Provided with good advice and a good decision made. No hard sell. Well worth the visit.

I was looking for a replacement for my techinical outer shell rain jacket. I received fantastic service from Olga. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jackets and answered all my questions and we eventually found the perfect replacement. Great service and prices.

Lisa at the Dundee store was so helpful today getting some boots sorted for my wee girl, great service and just went out of her way to get us the right product.
