Got myself a first ever pair of hiking shoes there!
Staff member - Liza, was extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. The store in itself is very cozy, I felt very welcome.
Selection of shoes is a bit small, but in the end - I got the model that I really enjoyed and for the great price as well.
Would definitely recommend checking them out. Especially, if you a newbie to outdoors activities like me)

Excellent customer service
I had to return a tent I bought online from Millets which was damaged on delivery.
Staff were brilliant as they had the same one in stock, the exchange was quick, efficient and they were so helpful!
Wish I'd gone there right from the start!

helpful, friendly and efficient. She fetched three pairs of walking shoes
for me to try and was patient and made useful suggestions while I tried them on and then chose some walking socks. Very satisfied with the service and the product: Peter Storm Buxton walking shoes.
