Went to the Dundee store this morning looking for a backpack. Jony was very kind and helped me in choosing the right one for me. He was also very good in helping me with a women’s Blisco II Jacket. My size was not available in store, but he went through the trouble of ordering my size and colour online for me. Truly grateful for the overall service. Definitely recommend paying them a visit. Excellent customer service.

Came in to get some new hiking boots for my husband and ended up getting a pair myself too (as I tried some on for fun and realised how badly my previous ones fit). Got help from Dylan to get shoes to try on and he was a great help, always nearby if we needed something but never imposing

They had the boots I was looking for in the right size, in store. Not everyone stocks many half-sizes. Helpfully assisted by Lisa. She checked if there was an online discount, which there was, and applied it. Very happy with my new Salamon Quests

In our local Black's store in Dundee today .. to get my elderly father a fleece … and Lisa could have not been more helpful & friendly !! Great choice of products .. even better that a sale was on. Lisa allowed my dad plenty of time to make up his mind. Couldn’t recommend this store enough .. great service .. will be back .. thank you

Received good customer service in the store. I had a specific request on buying boots and staff were very helpful, checked stock to make sure specific request available. I was served by Lisa but the other 2 staff were part of the overall service. Pleasant visit and happy with purchase.

The store assistant Lisa was most patient and helpful. I am a tall person and my options for having clothing to fit a limited. Lisa spent time to look for sizes and gave me some varying alternatives in a very patient and informative manner. I would definitely recommend this store for good quality items and friendly and helpful staff.

Wanted a pair of hiking boots, the sales assistant, Lisa, was really helpful; she went and searched out a pair of the type I wanted from the store room, gave me plenty of time to try them on, and was pleasant and helpful throughout. I had a great experience shopping in Blacks in Dundee. The gentleman Ewan, was very helpful, This person had a great knowledge of products available and was very patient when l was undecided on different products. 10/10 for me

I was recommended Blacks by a family member. I was buying a pair of walking shoes and very unsure what I wanted. Getting the wrong shoe can be an expensive mistake. Not at Blacks. The lady who served me knew exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. So glad I made my purchase and I will definitely return

The goods we have always bought from the shop in Dundee have always been of good quality.
The cost of items online were excellent as they had sale on Merrell footware.
Again great service quality goods arrived in two days.
