Great store experience
Excellent customer service from all staff when looking to buy some walking trousers. Lovely friendly service at the till from Jarin and Inayah. I will definitely buy from this store again rather than buy online. You can't beat personal service and trying on the actual item before buying. Great store experience

Friendly, helpful team
I have nothing but praise for Maj, Phillip and the team. We came in twice in two days with two rather reluctant teenage boys to get kitted out on a budget for a ski/snow trip, needing everything from coats to shoes. Maj helped us on the first day and was very knowledgeable about everything they sold, and very patient with our many questions. We came back the next day to get some shoes and Philippe cheerfully helped my grumpy nephew, gave strong advice, made him smile, and did us a good deal. Great store and team.

Blacks Tottenham Court Road - great experience
I was in a rush, and was looking to buy myself some hiking shoes. I’m relatively a newbie at hiking, however in a split second, I told Philip what I was after who recommended I speak to Mo, who did a great job at building rapport and figuring out what kind of style, esthetic I would be looking for within my price range.
After selecting the shoe I was after, he also advised me on the best waterproof coat, not trying to oversell the most expensive brand but the best quality and the most durable for what I was after. Philip then came to assist to make sure that I found everything I needed. I rate this experience as a 5/5! Will definitely come back before my next adventure !!

The Unexpected Shop
Popped in to return some socks (bought at another branch). I received incredibly attentive and informative service on all the products so i ended buying a jacket and trousers and bits for my Kathmandu adventure which i didnt expect to purchase there!
All the staff were very well versed on outdoors adventure kit so i felt positive about my purchases. On top pf service they were a jolly bunch!

A brilliant shopping experience
I was assisted by Phillip and I had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff member.
My only concern is no fault of the staff but their IT system as my receipt appears to display my full card number on it. It would be preferable for this to be truncated or obscured.
