Mo met me at the door took me to where he not I found what I needed - right size colour and model (cagoule not as I had asked for, macintosh - much better). Could not have been faster or more helpful.

Phillip
When I entered the store (Tottenham Court Road) with my mother and nephew, nobody greeted us or asked us if we needed help they just stared at us. We went downstairs to the women’s section and PHILLIP was the only person that approached us and asked if we were okay and offered to help us. Phillip is the only person in the store that clearly cares about customers.

Friendly and helpful staff
I called to ask about waterproofing equipment and Samuel was very helpful and friendly. When I arrived he advised me on which products to buy and the discounts available. I had an
exceptionally good shopping experience and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Walking shoes
Walked in today looking for walking shoes having no real knowledge about what would be suitable. I was approached by Mo who asked a few questions before referring me to Phillip. Good shoes, good service
So at first it was a little quiet then Phillip came round the corner and gave good advice and got me the size up I needed. Suggested some extras but when I said probably not he was very understanding and not pushy on a hard sell which really puts me off. Shoes working so far!
