Excellent service from Samuel and Mo
I ordered several items online for my sons' DofE excursions and general hiking trips. I needed to return two items that weren't suitable. I hadn't been in to a Blacks store before but found Samuel who was at the till very helpful, friendly and professional. I was then assisted by Mo who waited patiently as I tried on different hiking shoes trying to find a pair that were wide enough and a comfortable fit. The range was limited but I was told they were expecting new stock in and so I am hopeful I will find a pair on my next visit. It is a shame there are no stores closer to home.

Nicest checkout staff
Phillip at the Tottenham Court Road store is the nicest retail staff I've encountered in quite a while. The till didn't work perfectly, the receipt printer jammed, but Phillip made the wait pleasant.

Great service
Went in to buy a new pair of walking shoes. There was a good range on offer. Found what I needed.

Wonderful service and Inayah is a gem!
The shop is well laid out and it is easy to find what you are looking for. The service is great and a special mention has to go out to Inayah. So kind, helpful with a lovely manner. Unlike those in the St Paul's store!

Refreshing shopping experience!
Layout of the shop - trousers all together so you didn’t have to search all over the shop for the same product.
Sizes - you had a proper range of sizes.
Staff - Phillip was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful; proper service.
After a frustrating day trying to get a specific list of things Blacks was everything all the other shops was not. Particular thanks to Phillip who was great!

Really friendly store
Really friendly store. Phillip was so helpful while I decided on which jacket to buy ( over two days & he remembered me!), he even very kindly gave me a discount. All the staff seemed really chill & nice, good selection of quality stock at good prices.
