Mo provided a great buying experience. We found what we were looking for and received excellent service.

On the 27th of September we went into your store in Tottenham Court Road and we were greeted by Phillip.
We were looking at a coat for my wife which she liked but a little expensive. We had our pregnant granddaughter with us and Phillip asked if she was ok and did she need anything. He has a lovely polite manner and was very attentive. Seeing that my wife liked the coat but was worried about the price he went off to talk to someone and came back to tell us he could give us 15%off. We purchased the coat and were very appreciative of his help. Phillip was a lovely person and we will definitely go back to your store .😊

One of the supervisors was absolutely outstanding. He took over when the others didn’t know how to measure my feet. So he measured my feet and it turns out I was a size bigger and have very wide feet which I suspected, hence the issue buying any form of shoes. This young gentleman very kindly pulled out all the stops, gave me really good information about all the different shoes and went out of his way to find the perfect shoes that fitted me, were comfortable, and most importantly, were fit for purpose. This was after trying on about seven different pairs! However, when one is hiking, you don’t want to have an uncomfortable surprise halfway into the walk. He also gave me good advice on gaiters and care products to use after I required about them. He also very kindly gave me a discount because I work in the health service.

Excellent customer service in store, Alan and Andrew are fantastic. I recently bought a Garmin watch from the st Paul's location. There was an issue with the button that I initially tried to solve by contacting Garmin UK (I did not hear back surprisingly) and instead spoke with the team at st Paul's who instantly ordered me a new one and took the faulty one back. Even with stock issues Alam resolved the issue by contacting the Tottenham court road store to check for availability. Needless to say Andrew and the TCR store were equally brilliant and resolved all the issues immediately with no hassle. Definitely recommend blacks purely for the customer service!! Excellent!
