Peggy and Tamima just make the shopping worth while! Best customer service from only these two. No one else can run the store like Peggy and Tamima. Always spotless and a great shopping experience with their assistance! Came today and gutted Peggy wasn’t there today! She’s an expert in the shop and was supposed to help me pick a tent! Will come back next week to see Peggy!!!

My son and I had an amazing experience at Blacks today. Went in to get shoes for DOE and came away with the shoes, fantastic advice on how to wash socks to help reduce blisters, and tons of other interesting useful tips. We will definitely be back for the rest of our equipment.

I am so sorry for myself to be as a customer in totenham court road branch. I want to inform everyone , stop buying or even going to this branch. The store manager never wear her working badge and stops introducing herself or given her name when you ask. She is very rude, impolite and useless. She was swearing when I had my baby in my hands ,argued with me and trying to kick me out of store. I had a chat with head office and they accepted my request, but when I passed the phone to her for confirmation, she put the phone down .please, be careful when you’re going there. If you check the reviews on store website you can see everyone dissatisfaction.

I came in to blacks store looking for a hiking boot and I wasn’t sure which one I needed. Maj was very helpful he measured my feet and recommended me a pair of Salomon boots. I was really amazed by his service and patience.

Maj was a sales rep who assisted me with the best choice for a pair of trekking shoes, Merrell MOAB Speed Mid GTX. He gave me a very good professional advice and took extra miles to serve me with patience. I noticed that he helped other clients the same way. Thanks Maj.
