John and Karen were very friendly and took an interest in my love for hiking, even recommending locations for scenic hiking spots.

I went to look for a top for my son to boulder in. John the assistant could not have been more helpful, offering his advice on tops he uses for climbing. Good choice of products and great savings.

I dropped in while passing to see if my favourite shoes were available and was pleased to find they had them in my size and there was a hefty New Year discount as well. The service was quick and courteous as always so I'd tried the shoes and parted with the money within 5 minutes, substantially happier. Gerry on the till was friendly and cheerful to round off a good visit.

Gery was very attentive and had expert knowledge which helped me choose my new shoes. I felt very looked after and absolutely love my purchase.
