Karen, despite being very busy gave everyone the one to one attention they needed. She was able to give plenty of information about the walking boots and which would be more suitable for foot shape and purpose. A thoroughly great experience. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent selection of boots to choose from.

Staff were friendly and helpful on a busy Saturday afternoon.
The downside was when i took the item out of the bag to wrap up for a gift the security tag was still attached so had to return the item to get it removed.
This took up valuable time close to Christmas and I had to travel as don’t live close by.

Reia,(apologies if misspelt) was very helpful. I was only going to look but ended up buying. Thanks

I visited Blacks store looking for comfortable waterproof walking shoes as I generally have difficulty finding comfortable footwear
However I was not disappointed as Gerry was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to find a pair that were comfortable and suited my particular needs . Very satisfied customer indeed and Gerry is to be commended for her excellent customer service .

Geri was amazing, really helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions about walking boots and I managed to successfully purchase a great pair, that she recommended. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

I went into the store today to get a pair of walking shoes. But unfortunately I have big feet and it wasn't that easy. I was served by a lady called Gerry and she was absolutely fabulous. She was determined to find me a pair which would fit my weird feet. She pulled out all the stops and searched high and low and managed to find me the right pair. Thank you very much one of the best retail experience I had. I left very happy and the manager( I think) at the tills was fantastic too.

The shop attended John was very helpful, and explained exactly what I need to reproof my water proof trousers.

I went into the Nottingham Wheeler Gate shop a couple of minutes before closing and Karen and John still took their time to serve me without rushing. They got the shoes I had seen previously and had everything sorted for me in minutes. Calm, friendly and helpful.

Customer Advisor Raa was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to her customers. She took time to understand customer requirements and then provided suitable advice. Really nice to see excellent customer service these days.

John from the Blacks Wheeler Gate store was very helpful took me straight to the Craghoppers womens trousers and delivered great customer service in a cheerful manner, asked me if I was a member of any outdoor groups Ramblers etc as those members are eligible for a discount. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
