I was looking for walking boots. Jack and his colleague ( James I think) were very helpful, asking what were they needed for and the terrain.
They both appeared to have a lot of knowledge about the products and which would be most appropriate.

Ruby was very helpful and attentive when placing my order for home delivery. Blacks in Salisbury remains a favourite shop.

I wanted to buy a pair of walking boots. The staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. I told them where I would be walking and hiking, and my experience with other walking boots and shoes. The staff member listened, and suggested a pair that would be suitable. I was also reminded of the 15% discount for those with membership of certain organisations - I had a relevant membership card with me, so was able to use that to get the discount. Overall, excellent customer service from Salisbury branch.

Great range and good value. Hayden in particular from the Salisbury store was patient and helped me make the best choice of footwear.

Rich store manager in Salisbury, was super at helping us find an appropriate rucksack, his knowledge was second to none, and his enthusiasm and experience was unmatched.
We thoroughly appreciated his time and expertise especially as the shop was meant to close, but he kept it open just for us.

Excellent service by the store manager today, Rich went above and beyond to help us

Went in close to closing time as my rucksack was literally falling to pieces. The staff were very helpful, especially Rich, who took time to listen to my needs, and talk me through a couple of options. I bought the larger of the rucksacks we discussed, and having used it for a couple of days, I’m very happy with my purchase. I will be back when I need something else.

What can I say, the other half had got me boots which I needed for work but unfortunately they where just a tad bit big for me, when I rang I spoke to a gentleman called Rich who was acting store manager, I explained the situation and he was more then happy to help and asked for me to come in the next day which I did he helped me pick the right size and a better pair of boots to help with my job.

Went into Blacks salisbury today to purchase a camping bed and was assisted by Ruby, who helped me find a great cheap aid bed.

I had a problem with my boot's exchanged with no problems. Staff friendly taking time to find another comfortable boot for walking with my dogs.

I went in to return an item and Rich was very understanding and helped me return my defective coat. Customer service was so good I decided to buy a new coat with him immediately

I saw an assistant by the name of’Rich’ who ably guided me through a range of trainers that might be suitable for my particular uses. His POS knowledge was excellent and I liked his professional approach.

Katie was very helpful but nor overbearing at all. She told me about the National Trust discount. I was in two minds about my purchase but learning about this made me choose to buy the boots.
