Very bad experience.
The pole of the saddle bent after 1 ride on the bike. We asked to return it and get our money back. Om the phone they said to return it.
This was months ago and we’ve not heard from them since. We haven’t gotten a refund, they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t respond to e-mails. Don’t buy anything here.
