Really really nice people, really flexible. Also no shame discussing budget, Jack & team were super accommodating when we wanted to "cut a little here" and "add a bit here". Bespoke in the truest way but doesn't mean it comes with a mega price tag. Genuinely could NOT have put this trip together ourselves!

We decided to book with Blank Canvas after a chance search encounter looking for honeymoon inspiration. We were taken with the example itineraries for Cambodia. From the moment we contacted Jack for a quote, we had fantastic customer service. Jack put together an amazing and personal itinerary, which we were very excited about.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and some personal changes in circumstances, we had to cancel a honeymoon of a lifetime. However, Jack continued to provide fantastic customer service to provide us with a full refund. We hope to book with Blank Canvas again in the future because our experience (despite not travelling!) was so good!

I wanted to visit Cambodia solo and I decided to go through Blank Canvas. This was the the best decision EVER!!

I was a little nervous at first, as this was the first time travelling on my own! But I was completely put at ease as blank canvas sorted out every detail for me. It was completely tailor made to my needs and I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

We were looking for a bespoke and very special trip visiting the Okavango Delta in Botswana to experience the wildlife and following on with a holiday in the Seychelles and after doing some research online we decided to go with Jack and the team at Blank Canvas. We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and it surely was a trip created just for us. The travel arrangements were complicated as we were moving around quite a lot,so the timings of the itinerary were very important to minimise delays and ensure smooth running of our schedule,not an easy thing to pull off. It all ran smoothly and we were really happy with the planning aspect. We needed recommendations of which camps to stay in so we took the BC advice and were absolutely thrilled with the amazing places we were in,incredible memories and experiences. Jack secured us free upgrades on our flights to Mahe and got us great prices on our flights back to London. Super positive relationship with this agency and would definitely use them again.

I had been looking everywhere for an affordable but luxury trip to Mauritius, a place I have always wanted to visit. Speaking to Jack at Blank Canvas Travel encouraged me to book through Blank Canvas as he really knows the island and all it has to offer and speaks from real life travel experience. We were provided with a detailed quote including itinerary, at an affordable price, for exactly the sort of trip we wanted. The whole arrangement was seamless and excitement began to build. Unfortunately, we realised in early April that due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, we would not be able to travel to Mauritius as planned. Jack got in touch straight away to talk it through and gave us some options before we settled on delaying the trip from May to September at no extra cost which was a huge relief! We have since decided to postpone the trip to May 2021 and have secured the same resort for a similar price and so now we can get excited all over again. I would really like to thank Blank Canvas Travel and particularly Jack for his professionalism and help during what must be an extremely stressful time as a tour operator. We cannot wait to get to Mauritius next year and I'm excited to start thinking about the next adventure with Blank Canvas Travel.

I came to Blank Canvas because my husband and I wanted to plan our honeymoon to somewhere in Asia. However, we are aware that the ethical/humane lines are a bit blurred when traveling to that part of the world so when we came across Black Canvas, we were thrilled! We worked alongside Jack who is SO wonderful and kind and responds within SECONDS (I'm not kidding) to any questions or concerns you may have. With our budget and what we had in mind, he planned a beautiful trip to Sri Lanka for April 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, everything had to be canceled and rebooked. Jack assured us right away that he would work on getting everything rebooked and sure enough, within a week he managed to rebook everything at the same cost (which was very much appreciated by us).

The trip and itinerary itself is beautiful and the best part is that everything is humane, ethical, visited by Jack prior and also supports locals. I haven't come across many companies like BC. So if you are looking for someone to curate a beautiful ethical trip Black Canvas is the one. We can't wait to experience it. Thanks for everything, Jack & BC!

We have travelled quite extensively and always made our own arrangements, but as we had never been to the African continent before we decided to go for a bespoke travel arrangement.

From our first enquiry Jack of Blank Canvas took great trouble to identify exactly what we wanted and then put together an itinerary which resulted in the most perfect trip to Namibia. His advice and knowledge were invaluable and the company always responded quickly and efficiently. It was a trip which involved a lot of scheduling, the app worked brilliantly and all the accommodation and excursions were excellent and always exceeded our expectations, the guides were helpful and knowledgeable and took great pride in ensuring we were very well looked after.
The itinerary provided a perfect mix of activities from amazing safari trips to just relaxing and enjoying the diverse landscape.

This was our honeymoon and we really couldn’t have chosen a better company than Blank Canvas to fulfil our dream trip. Thank you Jack, and for the bottle of champagne on our final day which was greatly appreciated!

BCT are specialists in creating bespoke experiences for their customers; the entire trip was designed according to our wants and needs, and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. The thought and personalisation that went into planning our trip was exceptional and we managed to experience everything we dreamt of and more during our time in Peru.

From the moment we landed, the service we received was incredible. Transfers were seamless and we were met at each destination by a friendly and informative guide. It was the first time we had been away where we didn’t have to think for ourselves, which made the experience even more special and relaxing as they eliminated the normal stress which goes hand in hand with travelling to several different destinations in a short(ish) period of time.

BCT designed a trip which enabled us to see so much, but never feel as though we were always on the move. In each of our destinations we were met by a guide whose knowledge and passion were first-class, and we were provided with all the information we needed to ensure we got the most out of our stay. The hotels selected for us to stay in always had a boutique vibe and made the experience feel even more personal.

A highlight was the Inca Trail, where we were lucky enough to have our own personal tour guide for the 4-day, 3-night trek. This was one of the most incredible experiences and would highly recommend to anyone as part of the trip. One of the key things that impressed us was BCT's commitment to ethics, and it was comforting to hear from our Inca Trail guide and porters that they experienced the best working conditions available compared to any other provider, affirming BCT's stance on supporting local communities and looking after the people who enable these experience.

This was the most awe-inspiring trip I have ever had the fortune of going on, and we can’t wait to book the next trip with Blank Canvas Travel!

Blank Canvas put together a trip of a lifetime for Nicky and me. We started with a truly blank canvas to travel to two countries neither of us had visited before, Vietnam and Cambodia. Getting a feel for what we might like to do and where we would like to spend our time was vital and the bespoke holiday hey put together was absolutely spot on. There was a wonderful balance – time to do exciting stuff and time to relax, time with wonderful guides and time on our own, enough time everywhere and not too much anywhere. Every transfer was seamless and the guides essential, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotels were some of the 'coolest' hotel either of us had ever stayed in - a really personal touch in every detail and all the way. They also made some great suggestions we might otherwise have never known about. I think it is about building and balancing a holiday around you rather than trying to match you to a 'tour' and they were really great. We are looking forward to travelling again very soon.

I have just returned from THE most amazing holiday to Myanmar and would thoroughly recommend it as a destination for those preferring to travel the less beaten track.

I have never used a travel company to bespoke a trip as I've always done it myself however for my upcoming trip I decided to give blank canvas a go to take the stress of planning out of the equation. My experience was fantastic. I gave a list of everything I wanted to do and blank canvas did the rest. They were attentive, detailed and most importantly listened to all my requirements. The result was a fantastic trip full of things I would have never found on my own. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again for my next trip!!
