We booked our honeymoon with Jack and everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The entire process was so seamless and Jack was always happy to help with anything and everything nothing was too much.

We had a full tour of Sri Lanka finished off with a stay in the Maldives, all the hotels were amazing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All trips and driver/pick up were organised which made everything so stress free. What appealed to us the most was how ethical the company is, all trips were investigated thoroughly and were as ethical as possible in terms of human, animal and environmental welfare which was a major selling point!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blank Canvas to anyone!

Jack was amazing from start to finish with booking our honeymoon. He gave us great suggestions and was always quick to reply whatever time of day. Our hotels were amazing, and the whole trip was just unbelievable. Thanks so much Jack, will be back again to book another trip!

Jack booked our honeymoon in Mauritius this October. We never book through travel agents and were a bit cautious but we had the most amazing time!! The whole process start to finish was brilliant. Jack was always super responsive to emails and tailored the honeymoon to our budget and listened to the kind of places we wanted to see and things to do. It was great we could pay a deposit then pay the remained nearer the time, which is normally a big barrier for these bigger trips.

The 4 hotels that were booked for us were stunning, we got some free upgrades and goodies in the rooms as BC told them it was our honeymoon. All the transport pickups and drop-offs were seamless, and we didn't have a single issue.

They even provided an app with all our details about the trip on, plus a facility to upload photos as you go, which is a really nice touch. It really took the stress out of going away straight after our wedding, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Blank Canvas again, or recommend them to anyone. I loved that they picked eco-friendly hotels as it does matter to us. We also used their free service to collect contributions from friends and family for the honeymoon, and it was transferred to us promptly.

We approached Blank Canvas to help us organise a family trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zambia. It was going to be a family holiday of a lifetime so we wanted it to be perfect and it was just that. Jack listened to what we wanted and put together an itinerary for us to review and tweak. It was a complex 3 destination trip with lots of flights, transfers, accommodation and activities and it all worked perfectly, taking all the stress out of organising it ourselves. The accommodation choices were amazing, transfers were on time and professional, the activities were all booked for us. Jack was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. The holiday was amazing and I would totally recommend them.

We used blank canvas to plan our honeymoon, and I could not be happier with our decision! After meticulously planning every last detail of our wedding, we could not fathom finding time and energy to also starting to research travel options in Southeast Asia. We found the hotel recommendations section of Blank Canvas and realized how much knowledge they had of the options available in that area, and emailed just to get an idea of what the company was about. From the start, Jack was so quick to respond, to listen to our requirements, and to give us multiple options to choose from. This honeymoon was truly tailor made for us, and the experience was unforgettable.

There was only a hiccup or two along the planning process and the trip itself, but these were quickly remedied. We felt safe and cared for during the trip, having someone picking us up and dropping us off at airports, train stations, and hotels.

We cannot compliment Blank Canvas and Jack enough. When we found him we had been chatting to some of the bigger, luxury travel agencies and we were left so disappointed. They could not meet our budget and clearly couldn’t understand what we were wanting.

When I found Blank Canvas I loved their suggested trips and the fact they had a focus on ethical tourism.
I messaged them that day and within 24 hours we had booked our honeymoon to Thailand with Jack.
Jack spent all day chatting with me about what we wanted for our honeymoon, trying to understand us as a couple and how to make it perfect for us.

We had some ideas and Jack then offered so many suggestions, he clearly knew the areas and was keen to give us the best experiences, not just make the most money from us. He offered us cost saving options and suggested experiences he personally knew were incredible.
Within that 24 hours Jack had delivered us the perfect itinerary, under our budget and we couldn’t believe our luck.

Jack planned us a honeymoon that included two stops, one in Khao Sok to explore the jungle whilst staying in a stunning jungle resort in the trees! And then to Khao Lak for a luxury stay at a beach front resort. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation that we were desperately looking for and it delivered above and beyond what we expected!!

I had some ideas for additional experiences we might want to do and Jack encouraged me to wait until we were there and see what we fancied to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, he was on hand every day of our honeymoon to help us if we needed and I loved that he didn’t just take every opportunity to get more money, it was clear he genuinely just wanted us to have the best time.

The accommodation and experiences Jack booked us were truly stunning and once in a lifetime. Every single day we did something incredible and it was by far the best holiday that either of us have been on, we made memories that will last a lifetime. And we loved knowing that everything we were doing was ethical and helping the local communities.

The holiday was also incredibly easy and stress free as Jack had organised all our transport and guides, all we had to do was be on time!

And the areas we visited were so vibrant we could always find things to do in our down time.

Jack also helped us set up a honeymoon fund directly with Blank Canvas so our family and guests could contribute to our trip if they wanted, which was so helpful as all the firms we found that offered this service took a commission off the top.

Myself and my wife are still on our trip organised by Blank Canvas with only 3 nights to go. I have to say that this company is absolutely fantastic and I would completely recommend to everyone. We have toured from Bangkok, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and then on to Singapore. The whole experience has been flawless! We could never have put this together ourselves and Jack has been fantastic even we we have been a pain by changing things and even adding on excursions while we have been away! We left it to Blank Canvas to hand pick everything for us and the hotels, tour guides and excursions have all been amazing! Very highly recommended! We used black canvas to book our honeymoon as myself and my husband wanted to do a mini tour of Thailand which we werent very confident booking ourselves and honestly I don't know where to start! The whole trip was amazing, one of the best experiences we've both had and one we will never forget! Everything was so smooth and the excursions Jack booked for us where amazing! Every accommodation we stayed at was lovely and all provided bottled water every day with fresh towels shaped in to animals which was a lovely touch. The location of each was fit for our honeymoon with lots to do and see. Jack catered our honeymoon to us, ensuring all our requests were met and we were not disappointed!

The service we received was top notch. Blank Cancas offer multiple holiday options based on your preferences and budget and once booked you don't need to worry about anything. The hotels we stayed in were excellent and we had no issues with any of the transport/excursions booked in advance by Blank Canvas. 5/5.

We have just come back from a 2 weeks holiday around Thailand and we have had the best time! The whole trip was amazing and so well organised by Jack @ Blank Canvas, it exceeded all expectations!
From the moment I first spoke to Jack he understood exactly what we wanted and booked us some pretty amazing day trips, and also all the transfers were sorted for us, so the whole trip was stress free and everything run very smoothly.
The local company that looked after us was very professional, kept us informed all the time while we were there and the guides spoke great English.

We have had our Cambodia and Thailand Trip booked since 2021 and already had to cancel once due to the pandemic. Jack seamlessly reorganised our trip with a few changes to make it possible the following year, Dec '22. However when my husband broke his wrist a few days before we were due to travel, we found ourselves having to cancel once again. Despite the late notice, Jack immediately went about seeing how much we could get refunded before making an insurance claim and I was delighted when he updated me with the amount he was able to retrieve. Obviously we are hugely disappointed that we have been unable to take our beautifully put together trip but we have been lucky not to have had the added stress of trying to cancel it ourselves as Jack took care of it all. We cannot wait to book another trip with him in the near future and hopefully get away on a wonderful holiday organised by Blank Canvas...fingers crossed! With our thanks, Sam and Jim :-)

A brilliant company who I would recommend to anyone thinking of booking a holiday!

Jack took all of our information and our preferences and then sent us an incredible honeymoon itinerary. We decided it was a little bit expensive for us, where Jack was great and straight away amended the hotels which were more suited to our price range. We had quick, friendly responses and felt we had all the information we could possibly need.

We had the most incredible honeymoon! Everything was organised perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Each hotel was incredible in its own way, whether it was the views, location, food or staff!

All transfers went smoothly, whether it was planes, boats or cars. Each transport was high quality and organised without fault.

On our honeymoon we only had one query regarding a hotel and within the hour we’d had a response from Jack which answered all of our questions.

If you’re looking for a holiday planned to the finest details I would 100% recommend booking with this company. You feel as they are a smaller company you have their full attention and they are there to look after you.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and Seychelles organised by Jack at Blank Canvas. My partner organised the trip with Jack as a surprise and they did a perfect job. Jacks hotel choices were stunning and we managed to squeeze so much into 2 weeks thanks to his amazing planning. We are already booked for another trip with Blank Canvas in 2023 and look forward to many more happy holidays with them!

We chose Dubai, the Seychelles & Mauritius for our honeymoon and apart from having an amazing time, the word 'seamless' keeps springing to mind - Jack's organisation of our transport to and from hotels/airports was excellent and just made the whole trip so very easy and stress-free. The hotels were lovely - just what we wanted in terms of privacy and relaxation & Jack's communication was spot on: you get the clear feeling he cares and that's a big tick in the box. Quite honestly, I wasn't sure if we needed a company's help for our honeymoon but I'm very happy to have been proven wrong: Jack's recommendations and the above mentioned positives totally justified using Blank Canvas & we would recommend them to anyone (and have done!)
