Damian and the team were amazing throughout the process of getting our wood burner. From initial talks, helping pick the perfect stove, he never failed to answer our many questions. The installation was trouble free and smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wood burner.

Once again, after contacting me to remind me that my stove was due for a sweep and a service, Blazing Burners got here bang on time and was finished within half an hour. No mess, no fuss. It's a great service across the whole team.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the correct fire. Fitted flue and fire in one day left in a clean condition afterwards with a further visit for making good and trims. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.

It's impossible to find any shortcomings with this team! Five years post-installation, I encountered an issue with my log burner and chimney—not due to their workmanship, but rather the chimney's age. Only a few days after I reached out, Damian and Charlie showed up on a Friday evening after a busy week. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue in under an hour, even appointing my 5-year-old son as the honorary head foreman!No complaints or obstacles; they were determined to solve the issue swiftly so we could resume using the burner.These guys are wonderful, embodying a work ethic from which major companies worldwide could draw inspiration in terms of customer service.Thanks a lot, guys!

You literally cannot fault these guys!

I had an issue with my log burner/chimney 5 years after install - in no way related to the work they provided, simply due to the age of the chimney. Damian and Charlie came round a few days after reporting the problem, on a Friday, at the end of a long day/week. They found the problem and fixed it within an hour - even appointing my 5yr old son as head foreman!

No grumbles, and nothing was a problem, they simply wanted to get to the bottom of it and get us back burning as quickly as possible.

Really lovely guys, with even better work ethic - many global businesses could learn a lot from their customer service.

We’re super happy with our wood burner supplied and fitted by Blazing burners . Everything from our first communication to installation was exceptional the guy’s worked really hard installing it in one day and weren’t phased when faced with my crumbling fireplace , just solved the issue no drama .
We’d highly recommend to anyone wanting a wood burner great service at a great price.

This company is doing very well, because of there Honesty, Trustworthiness, Punctuality, Politeness, there products are genuine, robust, and are all compliant with up to date regulations for woodburner stoves and all components needed for installation all at very fare prices including labour. Have a great service set-up for regular yearly service to keep your stove and chimney clean and safe.

Excellent service again from Blazing Burners. Boz was his usual cheerful self and as usual very thorough and left our log burner looking pristine.

Damian and the entire team at Blazing Burners are quite simply fantastic…polite, warm, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, quality workmanship, competitively priced - I could go on but you get the picture! I’ve benefited from their installation service for two wood burners and for numerous ‘sweeps’ and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommended.
