Without question some of the best service I have ever received.

In the first instance Damian came straight back to me with a wholly comprehensive assessment and detailed, reasoned advice. He followed that up with prompt replies, costings and an installation date.

Everything was done exactly how it was intended with no fuss and no delays. Sam, Mick and Damian were not only professional but an absolute pleasure to have around the place.

I could not recommend these guys highly enough, they are a complete credit to the industry.

Wonderful experience. Having taken on renovating a slightly wonky old cottage with no heating, I realised I need a log burner in place before the winter but the existing tiny fireplace was not going to help :) I contacted Blazing Burners who helped me understand the scope of the work required and got me booked in.

Communication was excellent - Damian, Sam and Mick arrived when they said they would and got the job done to a very high standard with no fuss, completing all necessary fireplace rebuilding, plastering/rending, hearth fitting and stove installation within a couple of days. Great stuff.

Great service throughout and we are delighted with our new wood burner! Four years ago we had Damian come and install a log burner, line two flues and install a stainless roof stack. He and his team did a great job and refurbed a smaller very old log burner in our kitchen, it looked like new.
Sadly eco regs mean it’s had its day so we went back to Damian who has just installed a much more efficient and clean log burner. Very good team, excellent knowledge, very efficient installers at a competitive price.

I cannot thank Blazing Burners enough for what they have created, it is quite honestly everything we wanted and more!

Right from the initial enquiry, the level of detail Damian puts in really is second to none - the information provided, prior during, and even after the project is like I have nothing ever seen! There is no jargon, everything is explained simply from start to finish and left me feeling reassured the whole way through.

As with all projects both large and small, you can come up against issues/niggles, but the way these were tackled was so seamless and effortless by the whole team. Further more the quality of the finished product versus the cost is extremely good value, especially given the very detailed after sales support and advice.

We had a Nordpeis ME log burner installed by the very knowledgeable Damien from Blazing Burners and his team just before Christmas this year and we can’t recommend them enough! The service has been professional and friendly from start to finish and the completed job is spot on. We couldn’t be happier! Damian and his team bent over backwards to make sure the job was completed before Christmas after some delays with the delivery of the burner from the manufacturer (a situation that was out of Damien’s hands). The communication between ourselves and Blazing Burners has, again, been spot on, and that has been of immense value to us. Damien regularly updated us regarding the delivery of the stove, when he would be coming around, let us know when him and the team were on their way and always turned up on time. We’ve now used the burner for a few weeks, and it works a dream. We love it! All documentation, paperwork and the certification were received in a timely manner and Damian also provides you with a lot of helpful information including types of wood to use, how to “burn in” the stove and generally how to look after it.

We would warmly (pun intended) and without hesitation recommend Damian and Blazing Burners to anyone looking to have a professionally installed HETAS compliant log burner.
