I'm at the satistifed side of reviews

I read some of the reviews after I ordered BoC green t-shirt and was bit worried. I was pleasantly surprised when my t-shirt arrived after 6 working days, as promised (typically 3-7 days). Quality of t-shirt is standard, i guess and it fits me perfectly.

After reading more reviews I think the main problem comes from pre-orders and Bleep having problem with stocking from the original artist.

Happy with my order!

I ordered a Stranger Things vinyl and, after seeing some of the reviews, I was a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive. I had no problems at all — I was kept fully updated on my order, and it arrived very quickly. Really pleased with my purchase! I would ordered again.

Borderline scammers

As others have noted, this company lacks any integrity. Selling things they have no rights to sell, then taking a dog's age to refund when they inevitably fail to provide the service they purport to provide. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a record on the 29th of October, it's the 26th of January and still haven't received anything. Contacted customer service a few times and only got a reply once. Terrible service. Advise everyone to NOT BUY HERE!

Poor Customer Service, Poor Response, Never Again.

I pre-ordered an album which had a definitive release date. The way they put it, it was implied this album would arrive around the same time as it's official release date. Well, This album is now in stores, and has been out for a month. I have yet to recieve my order, or a reply from them with a shipping date. They use a 3rd party customer service provider, that should be your Big Red Flag. Every e-mail I've sent takes "4-7 business days" for a response, to which I've recieved two, neither giving me a shipping date, just telling me there's been a delay. Still hoping maybe there will be an e-mail in the next week, if not, I'm canceling payment thru my bank. NOPE, NEVER AGAIN BLEEP.

This store went down hill fast

This store went down hill fast, it used to be great with items shipped on time and good customer service. None of that exists today.

I ordered vinyl for ~300 euros in September and haven't received my order yet. After contacting customer service, which sometimes takes more than a week to reply because it's outsourced, was of little help. Making promises they didn't keep, and I'm tired of chasing them; no updates, no guarantees, no shipping confirmation, nothing.

Update: I received the package in good order after ~two months, so I've updated my review. I truly hope they improve their service in the (near) future.

Ordered a BOC hoodie

Ordered a BOC hoodie. Arrived too small, and of poor quality material. £70 for a BOC logo on an otherwise cheap hoodie. Returned for refund, using their ticket request e mail. Paid for my own return, asked for an update when it arrived, ghosted.

Some of my digital library purchases have been removed also. It was once an exciting and ingenious site. Now it's just an expanded business with diluted core values.

I feel obliged to leave a review after…

I feel obliged to leave a review after seeing all the 1* ones. I wanted to get all of Stereolab's extended reissues and this was the only site I could see them all in stock. So despite the negative reviews (which may well be valid), I did a big order and got 10% off from the first order discount.

Everything arrived just fine after about a week. Postage wasn't fast or slow, but it all arrived fine and securely.

I'd also emailed their support with a question about delivery and they responded in a few days, so again not terrible. I'll say its a little confusing though that their support platform goes to some third party app/team from looks of it

Will likely order from them again.

Ordered a week ago. Suppose to get dispatched within 2-3 working days. I paid the extra for 1 working day delivery and still nothing. Not been sent. Have emailed 3 times and no response and can now see all the bad reviews on here!! Do not buy from here they do not send you anything and do not response to you

Ordered a Warp t-shirt

Ordered a Warp t-shirt on February 20th and I had read that it would take 3 to 7 days to receive my order. After 14 day the order was not arrive so i contacted customer service. They were very kind and told me to wait at least 28 days (this was written in the disclaimer but I didn't read it well...). Today my t-shirt is here and I am happy. Thank you all guys!

Shitty quality

Ordered a Burial 12". After 5 weeks(!!) I recieved a Shitty qualitiy Vinyl with bumps. Emailed 3 times with no answer from Bleep. This was the last order i placed there. You have lost a loyal customer.

Broadcast Tee Shirts

Ordered the recently released Broadcast shirts and after some delays customer service responded and swiftly got my order shipped. One shirt in the order was out of stock in the size I ordered and they even tracked it down and shipped it separately at no additional charge. Friendly & helpful service, plus the shirts are extremely high quality in both material and screen printing A+

Bloop

Having used Bleep for years, I've noticed their service getting worse and worse over time. Records have more frequently arrived with dismally bent covers. If you complain about this, Bleep take forever to reply, then offer a desultory discount or an extremely slow return service. In the past you could email them with a query and get a reasonably quick response; not any more. Now all queries are sent to something called "Ochre", which is registered at the same address. Ochre does not reply. While you await a response, the records you're interested in go out of stock. Sorry, but Bleep is now far more hassle than it's worth, and I now give up on this lot.

In the last couple of years
Record turned up damaged or weren’t sent cause they don’t do PO Boxes but no one contact you to say that they have not send them. Then communication takes more than 48 hours to get a reply and they never apologise for their mistakes use Juno, Clone or my new favourite Vinyl Underground

Damaged vinyl records, worse customer services.

Ordered a vinyl LP that was released early October, the item arrived all bashed up, with the corners dreadfully creased. This can happen in transit, but in the 9 weeks that have passed since I received it, I have had slow responses to my queries, promises that they would keep me updated about a solution (they haven’t - I’ve had to press every time for updates, and these have not been readily forthcoming), I’ve had promises that a new sleeve was being printed but almost 7 weeks later, no sleeve (and no update). A very frustrating transaction for me, one I won’t be repeating

Just avoid them these days

I’ve used Bleep for years and they were always amazing. Care taken with packaging and if there was any issues immediate replacement or refunds.

Recently I’ve had nothing but issues. Currently a limited boxset arrived battered. Bleep offered a partial refund which after checking the records played fine I accepted. Then nothing…… Chased several times and no response. This is now the third thing in a row I’ve had an issue with from Bleep and they have managed to ignore everytime after their initial (very slow) response.

Plenty other good record shops out there that actually care about their customers. Unless there is no other option for something I want I will not use Bleep again.

They fail at the one thing they are supposed to do

Make sure customers items arrive safely and not damaged. Absolutely crazy that an online music retailer for one of the most beloved labels in history can't be bothered to package fragile items properly

And that they don't even take responsibility. Shocking lack of customer support, terrible packaging - disappointing and very embarrassing for Warp. But I guess they have reached a size now where they don't care, they are pretty much like the majors at this point

So to put it bluntly: Bleep/Ochre and Warp suck!

Incredibly slow/non-existent customer service

I love Warp but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The record arrived damaged which should have been an easy fix, but you can’t file a return without an authorisation number from their customer service team. Catch is…they don’t reply. It’s been nearly a month now and despite constant attempts to reach out we’ve still only had the initial reply which said they’d reach a resolution for us quickly. Shocker, they haven’t. Go support your local instead.
