The customer support from this company is top notch. I received courteous and prompt service. I requested a refund due to the delayed release date of my product. I received that response within an hour.
I have used this company on several occasions. I receive my items in careful packing materials. Very nice.
AVOID, awful customer services, untrustworthy
Pre-ordered a limited edition vinyl that came signed with a poster. 2 weeks after it was released I hhadn't heard anything from them, I emailed them and they advised they would contact the distributor and get back and get back to me within a week.
4 weeks passed with no word from them. I asked them what was going on, they advised they would get back to me within a day. 2 days passed so I requested to cancel the payment as i didn't trust them.
After this email they replied to me within hours saying they had received the stock a few days ago, but they've cancelled the payment and returned it. Its crazy to me that i had to wait so long for any response, but when they felt like they were getting 'one over one me' by cancelling the order and refunding the payment, the response took 2 hours. Absoultely appaling customer services.
Why wouldn't they let me know when they had stocked it? Why did they take so long to get back in contact with me?
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

There was a short delay with a recently purchased item arriving with bleep ahead of shipping.
I queried it and wondered if I can get a return if longer delays expected. They refunded me right away, no hesitation.

Not fulfilling pre-order
Pre-ordered a limited vinyl pressing for my son. Weeks passed after the release date (when I could have picked the limited edition up elsewhere) and I heard nothing. Now I get an e-mail saying they have been 'unable to fulfil my pre-order'.

The customer service at Bleep is exemplary. The website is well designed and easy to use. When I realised at short notice that I wouldn’t be available to receive my order, they kindly adjusted the delivery so that it would turn up at a later date. Communication was great. I've had an account with Bleep.com for almost 20 years, pretty much since it's inception. In all that time, I have ordered both physical and digital music and always had a great experience. The only occasion that a physical release was lost in the post (a rare NoW album) they were very reasonable about it and kept a copy aside for me until 30 days after shipping; the original didn't show up so they sent the extra copy. Great site for any kind of non-mainstream music, such a wide selection of genres and artists.
Cannot package vinyl records properly…
Cannot package vinyl records properly for international shipment. My last package came in thin, cheap packaging with no reinforcement. It wasn't even fully taped shut! I guess they need to save a few pennies on tape when you are spending $$$ with them. What a joke. My last order with this company. Never again.
Not great if you are out of the UK
Their support I received was extremely slow and only after Paypal intervened.
I will probably use their services when in the UK only as the waiting time was long.
In there defence once the communication begun they were on top of things!

Ordered this on Monday to give as a gift and I had received it by Thursday! After all the bad reviews about delivery I was very skeptical but now I’m glad I ordered! The vinyl hasn’t been opened/tried yet but I assume all is fine, as it’s sealed and well packaged. Would definitely order again! :)

Superb support from Ochre
Superb support from Ochre with a delayed delivery (which ended being on my country’s customs side). Worth mentioning that issue was a one-off of several separate orders which arrived in a timely fashion. Great site for new, rare finds and international shipping (bearing in mind your country’s customs/postal service limitations).
