As a blonde who’s used hair extensions for 15 years.. blend hair is hands down the best I’ve ever used. Thickness, length & softness stays in amazing condition, rotation after rotation. I use shade vanilla and I can’t recommend enough!!

Obsessed with my new hair extensions - went for the tapes, I know with any hair extensions you have to look after them too, they recommend the best shampoo and conditioner and 3 months later my hair is like brand new, also minimal shedding when I had a refit!

This is by far the most amazing set of hair extensions i’ve had! Everything down to the blend of colours, length and gorgeous feel and quality of them, I love! They feel so light weight and natural looking, I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t go or trust anyone else more than Charlotte to do the most perfect job with this beautiful hair!

My favourite supplier of hair extensions both to fit on my clients and wear. The customer service is so personal, completely different to all the big brands. My clients love the hair, they all get at least 10 months wear some clients are almost 2 years wear! Love the colours, they’re not stripy like other suppliers.

I had my hair extensions put in December 2023 and they are still brand new. I have recently had my maintenance appointment using the same hair. The hair is such high quality it lasts. Blend extensions are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been having extensions for years.

The best hair I have ever had!! I can’t believe I’m on month 14 with these and they’re still in such good condition! Blend is for sure my go to - the best hair extension brand out there!

#shoplocal #supportlocalbusinesses Unfortunately and regretfully wish I hadn't bothered. I'll stick with the big brands who give the same customer service as Blend (none), but at least guaranteed to have hair that will last longer than 2 months.

If you want fine, fading, discoloured, knotty, shedding hair extensions, throw £500 at Blend. I really would have more faith buying a set of hair extensions from Temu, or Shein.

Reasons are as follows -

1. Accused of 'excessive heat' usage.
Which has caused my hair to go SO fine, it basically looks like my hair's gone from 125g to about 50g of hair. When I have told Charlotte, I wash my hair once a week, and never curl or straighten the hair, (because I can't be bothered/don't have time), but still lets accuse the customer of excessive heat use. So much so, that I loose between approx 8-10 full length strands a day, over 28 days, that's 224 strands of hair gone, and a kiss goodbye to £500 of my hard earned money. And please don't respond with 'hair extensions naturally shed', yes they do, but the fineness of the hair now, is what i'd expect after at least 12 months worth of use. The hair is thin, so snapped and COVERED in split ends (not just on the ends either).

2. Accused of 'wrong product' usage.
Which I'm sure you'll comment back and repeat the same accusations. Colour Wow IS suitable for extensions, and you can try and argue their products aren't, fine. The Blend hair products are awful, tried them twice, hated them, but anyway why has my previous 7 years worth of Beauty Works/Viola extensions ALL been fine with Colour Wow products? No colour fading, no shedding. Is it just Blend hair that can't handle it? Seems odd to me.

3. And finally, the biggest and worst factor of all - FADING.
The ridiculous amount of colour fading, and according to Charlotte 'some of the worst fading she's ever seen'. Charlotte has seen my extensions with her own eyes, having been into Blend so she can assess the hair. Although she refuses to rectify anything, my hairdresser has been pushing for some kind of reimbursement, replacement, refund, anything, to no avail. Apparently -'fading can happen after ONE WEEK, there is no guarantee they will last.' What? Something i've spent £500 could only last one week, and that's okay? Come on.

Ok it's NOT my first time having extensions, as she well knows, I know how to look after them. But yep, point 1 and point 2 will be exactly why the colour fading is so bad, after two months, TWO MONTHS. Or perhaps the water is too hard down here (another excuse that could be thrown at me).

Good luck to you Blend, might be time to start looking for a better supplier, and stop blaming the customers. Also, the last two, most recent Trust Pilot reviews, aren't looking great for Blend are they? Might be worth at the very least admitting you've had a faulty batch delivered and do something honourable for your customers to restore their faith in your brand, your livelihood, and your business. It's all well and good having a fancy website, and a nice instagram page with photos of hair colours and tones that look amazing, but if you can't find products that last longer than a month, it's a pretty competitive industry, and your business won't be around much longer.

I got blend hair extensions fitted by my hair dresser in April this year. I paid for 22 inch and they are now the same length of my natural hair about 16 inch. I have used all the recommended products from my hair dresser and online. The hair is really bad quality and just snaps. Some of the hair feels synthetic. Would not recommend. This is my 2nd time with extensions and last time they lasted +11 months. Absolute waste of money!

I really wouldn’t recommend this brand, for the price . It’s only lasted 6 months in my hair .it falls out in strands and ends up so short and scraggly, it’s really not worth the money in my opinion. I have used other brands in the past and my hair has lasted at least 12 months, similar price too so just be mindful when buying this brand, After contacting the customer service they wasn’t very helpful at all and blamed it on after care , which I go to salon weekly for blowdry and regular maintenance, so they don’t really care about the customer care. All they have offered is to cut the hair extensions more and test it, clearly that’s not going to make a difference. I started at 22inch in December , now at 14 inch 6 months later. Will not be using this brand again.

I had my nano bond hair extensions fitted back in June by Charlotte at her Blend studio. I cut my hair to above shoulder length and I missed my long hair. I was searching for a hair stylist that knew how to fit hair extensions naturally with layers. Charlotte managed to match my hair colour exactly due to the range of colours available. It was lightly layered and honestly people didn’t even notice! I have been so impressed with the quality and thickness. Well worth the 2 hour drive to have them fitted! Thank you for making hair extensions that are actually amazing quality and affordable.

I’ve been using blend hair extensions since it was launched. The colour range is incredible and always consistent. When I order a batch of hair,I know that the colours will come exactly like the swatch. which is a massive positive as some brands are super inconsistent. Quick delivery, incredible customer care. Not to mention the quality of the hair extensions are amazing. 100% recommend!! The aftercare products are amazing and so are the tools on the website eg tape tabs/ remover. Love this brand !!

As a customer of Blend Hair for the last 3 years, I would and do, recommend to anyone looking for extensions.
The quality often has me forgetting it’s not my own hair and with minimum effort on my part, they maintain that quality in appearance and feel. In fact, I’ve only bought new when I made a drastic colour change!

I can’t recommend ash enough for hair extensions. She is welcoming, kind, easy to get along with and very accommodating to you as a client. Making things easier for me whilst being pregnant and even booking me in months in advance to make sure I get a slot in her very busy client packed schedule that she balances with mum life herself.
Ladies if you can get fitted in do it! Just bare in mind she does have a life too and can’t always reply instantly

Where do I start! I had a huge issue with the courier service not delivering my hair so I contacted Blend after hours, really stressed, and they replied within a minute! Charlotte was amazing! She liased with me all day to try to find a solution, particularly as I had my hair appointment with my hairdresser coming up and she wanted to make sure I had them before then so that I didn't miss my appointment! So so helpful, thank you so much xxxx

My favourite (and most popular) hair extension supplier. I have been using Blend on my clients for the last few months now and I am so impressed with the quality, I have had absolutely no complaints. I find they last much longer than some of the more popular brands out there and although they don’t have an overwhelmingly high amount of shades to offer, I’m still yet to have a client come to me who I’m unable to colour match from their colour ring— I guess they are called Blend for good reason! I love the little touches they add such as an aftercare card in each delivery and cute little pouches the hair comes in. The branding is just beautiful and feels like pure luxury. Customer service is spot on and all of my queries are answered so so quickly. My favourite hair extensions supplier and I urge all of my fellow hair techs to try out! 💕
