Delivered to the wrong address by DPD!
DPD delivered my order to the wrong address on the 5th August and since then I have been dealing with customer services several times and they have been chasing DPD to resolve the issue and due to the lack of response from DPD BlindsbyPost have now re-ordered the blinds hopefully I will receive them soon.
Thank you to Holly and Olivia for sorting this issue.

I ordered on a Monday and my blinds arrived on Wednesday! Fantastic service, perfect fit blinds are so easy to assemble, had 13 blinds to fit and all completed in half a day!. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good product and excellent customer service
We ordered StickFit metal venetian blind for our tilt and turn window in the kitchen. For the price the product is great. It's been a week and no issue. Very easy to install and the size is spot on - so make sure you measure 5 times as they don't offer MeasureSafe on this product.
During my research, I reached out to four different online retailers to seek advice. Blindsbypost always came back to me within two days which no one else did. We decided to go with them because of the responsive customer service. The wand that came with our blind was too short, shorter than stated on the product page. I politely requested a replacement that would be long enough for me to reach over the kitchen counter and they actually deliver - all within a week. We are very impressed with the service.
DX delivery was fast and smooth for us in central London.
The only thing I hope they would improve is to clearly state the length of the wand alongside the measurement fields, rather than only within a drop-down “Important Note” section.
We will definitely order the other blinds in our house from here.

Just poorly made
Ordered some venetian to replace an existing set.
Paid extra for next day delivery but they took 4 days to arrive.
Communication from the company was decent and I asked for a refund of the additional posting fees which they did immediately.
However, the quality is naff.
The slats themselves are creased. They arrived rolled up but 3 days later, they still gave creases which is affecting how they hang, even with weights in.
The worst part though is the rail.
The pole used to open them has already fallen off and it can't be used to now twist the blinds.
The only motion available is to open or close them.
It is just cheap plastic rubbish but at £140, I would have expected them to last longer than 2 days.
I've since swapped the rail with my old one and just used the new slats.
The only half decent part of the whole process is that customer services respond quickly...ish

We certainly do not wish for any customer to receive a product they feel is of poor quality, and we would always want the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns.
We can see that you previously contacted us regarding the delivery delay, which we responded to and promptly refunded the additional delivery charge as requested. However, we have not received any contact from you regarding the issues with the slats or the control mechanism prior to this review being left.
Had we been made aware of these concerns, our team would have been more than happy to look into them and work with you towards an appropriate resolution. Without being given the opportunity to inspect the reported issues, it is difficult for us to establish what has happened or whether there may be a fault with the product.
Please contact our customer service team with some photographs showing the creasing and the issue with the control mechanism. We will be happy to investigate this for you and see what we can do to put things right.

My roller blinds arrived within just a few days of putting in the order which was the first positive. I went for their less expensive white, blackout blinds and they're amazing quality. All in all I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product, speed of delivery and user friendly website. I'll certainly be using BlindsbyPost again to dress my other windows.

We would, however, like to clarify the delivery timeline. Your order was originally due to be dispatched on 13th August, with our advised delivery timeframe being approximately 1–2 working days from dispatch. As the 13th was a Thursday, we would therefore have expected delivery by approximately 17th August.
However, we were actually able to dispatch your order early, on 11th August, and we have confirmation of this available if required. Delivery was first attempted on 13th August.
Unfortunately, this delivery attempt was unsuccessful. A redelivery was then arranged by the courier for 14th August, but this attempt was also unsuccessful. The order was subsequently rescheduled and successfully delivered on 18th August.
While we completely appreciate that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, we are disappointed to receive this review given that your order was dispatched two days ahead of schedule and delivery was attempted ahead of schedule. The subsequent delay was due to unsuccessful delivery attempts rather than a delay in us dispatching your order.
We hope the above helps to clarify the timeline and demonstrates that we did everything we could to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
