I've been working in interior design all my life so decorating a room is something I am quite familiar with. From my experience, the blinds can have a great impact on the appearance of a room. After consulting with my wife, we've decided that we needed some roman blinds. However, we searched for the ideal scenario which means high quality and a fair price. I am going to share with you the great experience I've had with this company. Recently I've ordered some shutters for my house. Based on my own research I've figured out this type of blinds would be the best for me. Found a lovely colour searching through their options and I was eagerly waiting for them to arrive. Finally, 2 weeks later they arrive. I've managed to install them in about an hour, considering it was my first time doing it and I am a pretty clumsy person when it comes to this kind of stuff I would say that's pretty good. Nonetheless, they look great and I am very glad. Thanks for the great service!

I checked blinds uk based on an acquaintance's recommendation and I must say it took me a while to decide on what kind of blinds I am going to get since their product range is quite wide. In the end I made up my mind and got a beautiful pattern for the children's room and a really nice roman blind for my kitchen. Our order arrived in 4 days and the quality is top notch. I like to give credit where it's due, therefore I am very pleased with the service and the product.

Ordered blinds on the 6th Dec. Website and order confirmation said leadtime 10-14 working days. No progress update since. Messaged (2-24 hr reply promised) and phoned (left massage) and still no reply. Appreciate this is the holiday period but no mention that closed and short staffed. I would have expected an eta as a minimum. This is the first time I have used blindsuk and will probably cancel my order and use a more reputable firm!

For the past couple of weeks, one of my main concerns in regards to our home's design was whether or not we should invest in some new blinds for our living room, especially since it is by far the biggest place and where we spend most of our day. Got some free samples first, which are a nice option, by the way and then finally, I've decided to order wooden blinds from them and a week later I even got my order delivered. Lucky for us, they fit perfectly and absolutely change the whole atmosphere of our room! The reasons why I went for this type of blind is how easy to maintain it is, the fair price and nonetheless how classy they can be. I'm super happy and I am gladly coming back in the future, and I am also going to tell my friends about their amazing products!

We've moved recently into our new home and realized we have to get at least 3 window dressings, precisely for the kitchen, bathroom and living room. I've found these guys surfing through google and funny enough, my close friend told me she has had a great experience with them. Therefore, we've acquired a pair of rollers for the kitchen, wood blinds for the living room and another pair of roller blinds for the bathroom. They've arrived in 6 days, which was way faster than I would have expected, and with the help of my wife we've managed to install them with no flaws. They look just like on their website, arguably even better! I'm grateful for your services and I'm definetely coming back in the future!.

Awful customer service. I still don’t have 1 of my blinds that I’ve paid for.

Lately I've been doing some research in regards to what would fit best in my kitchen and I've decided to acquire roller blinds. Found them by surfing the internet and they seemed the most promising whilst also having some of the lowest prices on the market. To my surprise, they've arrived faster than the scheduled delivery time and following the instructions I've managed to install the rollers in less than half an hour. They are exactly what I was looking for: functional, pretty and simple. For anyone looking to renovate or enhance a room, I gladly recommend you give them a try, they are definitely worth it!

Awful service. I ordered a blind on 5 December and was told that delivery would be 10-14 days on my order confirmation. When I queried this Blinds-UK told me that my blind would be delivered on 19 January. This seems ridiculous since the order was placed at the start of December, I may as well have waited until January to place the order with these timeframes. I understand its a busy time of year but the delivery time scale should have been clear at the time of purchase.

Considering this quarantine thing, I’ve decided to make some renovations. I’ve made up my mind pretty quick on the vertical blinds I’m going to get, very easy to use website by the way! The delivery arrived on time and the whole installation process was flawless. I cannot think of a better offer money-wise and I could not ask for more in regards to the customer experience. Thank you very much!

I was waiting for my blind nearly a month, however in pandemic times that’s what you expect. Not ideal but there you go. After 2 weeks I had send the email and asked when I could expect my blind to arrive. I’ve got an instant response with the approx date. It arrived on that day. It is absolutely stunning! It is exactly what I wanted, great fabric and quality, correct measurements and about £50 less than other websites. Waiting time was a disadvantage however I’ d rather wait two weeks longer for such a beautiful thing

After reading some reviews I wasn't sure whether to purchase roman blinds from here but I'm so glad I did purchase them! The material sample arrived quickly and ordering the roman blind was very easy. Delivery time was bang on and thankfully they were very easy to hang. I am very happy with the blind and with the customer service. The best part was the price - I was quoted double that from local suppliers.

The swatch service is quick and so useful as they have a pretty wide selection. I highly recommend you get swatches before ordering.

Ordering the blinds is daunting but the website gives really clear instructions on how to take the measurements that they require.

The website could do with some improvement- aesthetically and functionally, but it does the job.

My order was slightly delayed and came with the wrong colour chain weights- however- the customer service response was excellent. Kristen was really quick to reply to my queries and they immediately sent out the correct parts.

The blinds were easy to install and they look exactly how I wanted them. Overall I’m really happy with the product and service.
