Ordered 2 smiski. First time customer. Regular smiski & sonny angel purchaser.

One of the boxes on opening was opened. Lid (tab) had been glued in what seems to be an attempt of sealing the box. I wasnt notified the box was open/damaged. And the owner said they packed the order. So its disappointing for me to have to gift this in the condition. Kinda looks sketchy like ive opened it and gifted it because it was one I didnt want. :/
Owner responded to my complaint justifying that the boxes are not sealed like sonny angels. Yet, none of the other boxes previously or in that order were the same.

I guess a heads up would have been nice, or even an apology for the condition or an offer to have exchanged it.
I responded that I will move on from the experience but wouldn't purchase again for this reason & will stick to the bigger companies where ive not had an issue.

So far so good. I was able to watch movies both old and new and I am already using this for a month now. What I do is to connect it to my television and stream, which is actually working. Looking forward for more movies

When talk talk took over i could no longer log onto blinkbox on my xbox one. I called them and they couldnt find my account. I had over 25 movies bought and paid for on it so im not happy.

Was with Blinkbox for years and very satisfied, now it’s TalkTalk tv and up to recently it worked well....until now. I have several films in my library purchased via Bilinkbox, I recently rented two films but could not watch them downloaded to my iPad because the playback quality was very bad. Talk talk support contacted several days ago.... now on 18th email to resolve with no resolution offered just platitudes that it’s a known issue. Their support page says they can make the faulty rentals available to stream.... only they haven’t. So frustrated but I’ll keep the emails going till they are as sick as I am.

Very bad service, had used Blinkbox for many years with no problems, on having changed over to TalkTalk have experienced lots of problems, the last issue was a film that did not download properly and I was unable to watch, it then disappeared from from Library completely, on contacting the online chat I got absolutely nowhere and kept being told different things,after wasting over two days and three different chats trying to sort this out with my continued request for a refund being completely ignored, I gave up. I will not be using TalkTalk again.

Blink box became talktalk some time ago which was a relief because I had been concerned that I had wasted my money buying uv titles from tesco. I found out this week that talktalk are now stopping support for their windows laptop app! Which means that if you have a windows laptop you can no longer download your titles to watch offline! They say that if you already have the app that you can continue to use it but we all know that that means they will start sending updates soon that will stop it working at all!

So, as I have specifically brought films through talktalk so that I can download and watch them offline while I am working away from home with no internet access I have literally wasted my money!! To make it worse they are STILL saying on their website that you can download and watch them offline if you get their app! It's totally false advertising, it's more dishonest than misleading! There is one note on one page saying they no longer support the app, all of the rest totally ignore the fact that they've withdrawn it. They even still have the link to click that takes you to the store to download it, obviously the store says that there is no app!

I'm frankly disgusted at such underhand dishonest practices. I brought films 2 weeks ago and they must have known at that point that they had changed the rules but we're happy to take my money under false pretences!

Now, unless they are willing to make all of their content available through a different player like flixster, I've lost all of what I thought were my films!

I have gone to them directly to try to sort this out with them but have had numerous conflicting pieces of advice. One said I'm sorry it's no longer available but you can download your content rhrough a Web browser, untrue, and another said, we don't support it any more you'll have to get an ipad or Mac! Actually in all fairness they said it isn't available anymore you'll have to get a different device so I said are you saying that I've wasted my money unless I buy an ipad or Mac and she said "yes".!

Sorry for the length of this review but this has really upset me. I spend a lot of time watching films, on and offline, because I'm disabled and am alone and imobile quite a lot and I can't afford to buy another load of duplicate films even if there was a place that I could trust who would allow me to download them onto a windows laptop!

No simultanious viewing supported which is really poor as I legally own my purchased titles but my kids can't watch one of their titles in bedroom if we are already viewing a different title in the living room which really limits the service. Supported hardware is to limited e.g. no PS4 or streaming boxes such as roku or Kindle fire. All in all the service has went backwards since talk talk purchased it. Customer services is non existent and based abroad so all u get is a scripted response followed by closure of query/complaint with no actual help offered.

Used them occasionally till they were sold to Talktalk. Made sure they deleted my account details straight away!

Please be aware before buying films with Blinkbox. I wanted to settle down to a nice evening after a hard days work.. Tried to download a film, it didn't work so contacted them through the chat option. On trying a number of times to resolve the problem including downloading a different browser it just didn't work. BB wanted me to continue going through different systems on my Mac and to be fare I am not the most Techi person I had just had enough so I asked for my money back... No joy of course apart from a credit to my account for 30 days.. A lot of good as I can't use it! They said they can't fully refund due to company policy.. TOTAL RUBBISH

After sifting through the likes of Netflix and Amazon prime on my smart tv, I came across Blinkbox
At last! A site that provides the very latest movies and top tv programs, which I've been waiting to see. All at a very reasonable cost to rent or buy.

Some of the latest very good movies available very quick, can't fault it.

I am really happy with quality of service, the support and the amount of choice available on blinkbox

My family and I have never looked back since we started building our very own Ultimate DVD collection several years back

I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to start collecting DVDs and movies in the cloud!

Good range of movies and I like the options available for rent/buy. Purchasing can be expensive.

It could not be easier or watch you're ultraviolet moves

I have tried twice to watch a film through blinkbox and on both occasions I turned it off, it was constantly buffering, the film would fun for 15 seconds and then freeze then run and freeze, incredibly frustrating. First time they gave me credit back & when I asked for my money back on the second occasion they wanted me to spend ages messing around uninstalling and reinstalling apps etc, running speed tests, basically trying their best not to have to refund me, I gave up in the end, will stick with Amazon and Netflix as I have never had a buffering issue with either of those services.

It seems to just cut out and stop and load a lot making it very irritating to try and watch a movie. It has nothing to do with my Internet connection because when I watch movies or anything else on other sites it never happens.
