Easy to use but would prefer to select films by category I.e rental or buy. I would use this app to rent films but it's not always clear on first glance what are rentals or purchase only films

Good range of films and tv programmes and a very easy site to navigate.

Love this this, reasonable price for more up to date films. Easy to search for films and it also offers deals from time to time. Saturday nights would not e the same without blinkbox

The first site we have ever used to watch film and it is the only one we need. Whether to rent or buy, we go to blinkbox and always try to use the discount cosed they email you!

The Blinkbox app doesn't work on XBOX one, just won't load up. Apart from this, everything was okay. :-)

Your chat line was very helpful and the website is well laid out (tho' I wish you had more less mainstream films; it's a pretty middle-of-the-road selection. How about an arthouse/foreign film selection like Curzon on Demand?).
I am 24 hours into a download (Eden (2015)) - and it's now at 31% so that'll be 3 days downloading!! (Really!). I can get TV programmes streamed and I can download a programme in 15 minutes. Obviously the image quality on a movie is going to be better but this is ridiculous. Why not give me the option to download a lower quality copy?

Blinkbox is a very easy service to use and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

Good variety of films and some amazing offers available!

Usually I'm happy and buy all my online movies through blinkbox but today I'm angry hence the lower score -I was emailed a voucher code that had expired by the time I ever received the email, and then I got charged full price for a movie (which I already have on DVD so don't want) when I pressed the back key on my browser 😕. Perhaps they should reward loyal customers rather than those that receive the email first?

I can watch the Movies I want when I want

We've used Blinkbox a few times over the last couple of years. We've had cause to call for help once and we were very impressed with the support that we received. As for the downloads, a great choice of films. We like to download our films before watching them (because of our internet connection). This seems to work well. Last night we were able to watch one movie while downloading another, a really useful feature if, like we were, you're in the mood for wathing more than one movie in an evening. The downloads took a little longer than I'd hoped (about 30 minutes) but all worked really well.
