Love BB offering.

Would be great if Blinkbox could enable items purchased from a UK account whilst overseas to be available straight away. Just bought True Detective whilst overseas, and planned to watch during long journey back to UK, but apparently can't until connects to UK WiFi again.

I have had complaints about Blinkbox and have been a customer for several years.

Some excellent tv and film.

Use it all the time and now it's all linked up to my ultra violet account.
It's so much easy than having loads of dvds everywhere.
I wish all dvds could be loaded into my blinkbox account.

Service is good. Player can be a little glitches online but the apps good

Finally something that works like it's supposed too! I can watch my blinkbox HD films on my HD TV without having to buy blue-rays and they are about £5.00 cheaper to buy.

Netflix is disappointing and Prime is downright annoying. Blinkbox gets it right

I never have problems other than what may be caused by my Samsung Smart TV, when emails reach me on my iPad they have offers and rewards but I can't see how to enter codes? Also is there a way that subtitles can be accessed as I am a bit hard of hearing.

Blinkbox.com is an excellent service so easy to use and I recommend to all our friends and family. No more dvds cluttering up the house or worse not playing because scratched!

Generally very good, but limited to PC use/playback. Can't get an app for my smart tv or my playstation (3 or 4) so having to plug my PC into tv to watch is a pain. Could do with some cheaper Buy options too. Don't mind paying a premium for advanced release titles, but with secondhand DVD and Blurays available so cheaply some content is way overpriced.

I signed up about a month ago and I absolutely love it. The signing up process is easy to use so only takes a few mins. You have to add your credit or debit card to make purchases.

Once you're signed in you realise that there are hundreds of movies (some even available before release on DVD) and you can either rent or buy them. Renting a movie in SD is £3.49 and HD for £4.49 which is very good value compared to other companies. When you have picked a movie and purchased it will be available on your 'My Movies' page instantly after.

Once you rent a movie you get 30 days to start watching it and then 48 hours to finish watching when first viewed. You can see your rentals or digital purchases on a number of devices like PCs, Games consoles, tablets/phones etc. which I really like.

Occasionally you may be sent various discounts to use such as 50% off, rent (SD or HD) for 99p etc. which is very useful and is a nice touch.

The menu is very easy to navigate which makes searching a lot quicker, also the addition of your UltraViolet library being added to your 'My Movies' page is a good way to view all of your movies in one place.

Overall I would give BlinkBox a big 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone! :)

Good selection of movies and box sets at good prices. Disappointed that I couldn't use my 50% discount on a £9.99 TV box set, could only use it on a movie.

User friendly, great choice of films, fab quality

The only missing point us the trailer access for me. We use the TV Samsung app, works perfect. But we use YouTube for the trailer, which is sad. Other than that: perfect price and service from my opinion

I love the simplicity of the web site and the ease of purchase. The periodic special offers are great and remind and encourage me to rent or buy.
