I rarely find anything to watch on blink box. Easy to use website though

Since joining Blinkbox I have enjoyed many hours of films and tv programmes with no problems at all.

I have been with blinkbox since it started as a Tesco company. I was sad when I heard Tesco were getting rid of it but glad that it was taken over and kept the same. I have accounts with most of the streaming company's but this is by far the best way in regards to reliability, use ability, it is available on so many platforms you literally can watch it on anything and anywhere. You even get a uv license on most films. It always has the latest films before release and all at the click of a button. You also get some could discount codes from time to time via email. Overall very please with the service and I hope that talk talk continue to keep it running as it is.

Picture quality very poor

Have never been disappointed with Blinnkbox, great choice of films and easy to access.

I rented a film to watch with my deaf parents. It's been years since I came across a rental or DVD that didn't have subtitles, so I didn't check their help page before renting the film to make sure blinkbox films have subtitles. Turns out no blinkbox films have subtitles, unlike amazon.

So my parents couldn't watch the film. I asked blinkbox for a refund and even after arguing for a bit, they wouldn't give me a refund, even though I couldn't watch the film.

I think it's shocking that blinkbox has neglected to make their service available to the deaf.

Best film site reliable and value

I've watched a lot films on Blinkbox recently Antman only wk or so ago & we really enjoyed the film.Also the films are out a few week's before its on DVD which is also great & best of all its in your own home on your owt tv sat on your nice comfy sofa. Which is bonus. Also I've watched few TV shows which I can't always watch as on different networks which I don't have so to watch them on Blinkbox is really good & you can watch them in a time that suits you. So I would deffinatlly recommend Blinkbox.

Absolute rubbish 2hrs30 to download and 2.3Gb how backward ... Amazon Prime >25mins and 845mb now I remember why I haven't used Blinkbox for so long.
Get out of the dark ages

I have had no troubles with Blinkbox and the service has been good.

We watch films occasionally and this service fits the bill nicely. We rent a film and cast it to the chromecast stick behind the TV from the iPad app. Works really well - just like having the DVD in the player. It would be nice to able to rent/buy from the app rather than have to go to the website, but maybe that will come.

The system works well on all my devices, when I had an issue the online advisor sorted it all.

I have found the whole blink box experience great

Early access to great movies and shows, well worth buying weekly episodes if you can't wait till the full season to release of your favourite show.
