Paid for next day delivery on a Sunday…
Paid for next day delivery on a Sunday morning, with a bank holiday monday the following day. Wasnt wxpecting it until tuesday because if this. Didn't arrive until Wednesday. Customer service were unhelpful. Just told me they're not open at the weekends and so wouldn't have sent it until Tuesday. If this is the case, next day delivery shouldn't be an option. The delivery method cost as much as the belt I ordered.

I am sorry for the frustration you have experienced with your order.
However, I must stress that the delivery method shown on our website is not "next day delivery"; it is "next working day delivery". This wording is used specifically to make it clear that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as delivery days.
I do apologise that you were unhappy with the customer service you received but a human customer service agent responded to your message within six minutes, explained the situation, provided full tracking information, and offered to keep you personally updated.
While I do understand your concerns regarding the delivery charge, specialist companies like ours are naturally more expensive than larger retailers. That said, we offer the cheapest postage rates in the UK when compared to other martial arts suppliers—£1 cheaper than our major competitors while also providing a faster service.
I wish this had been a better experience for you. However, I do feel that a 2-star review is somewhat unfair given the circumstances.
Of course, if there are any issues with the item itself or its quality, please let us know and we will deal with them immediately.

Good items, fast delivery, but pricey
Bought some kendo equipment with them and was pleased of the quality and speed of sending the items. The only concern I have is the pricing, its a bit on the pricy side. Because I usually bought items of the like when I was in Japan. The price of the same brand and quality are wayy lower than how its priced with them. Considering the shipping and other fees still it should not cost that so much.

Very happy with there custom service
The delivery service DPD was late. however Blitz phoned me to apologise and refund my next day delivery fee. I much appreciated the phone call and chatting with their representative. The product i had ordered was as expected and I am happy with it. Overall I have no problem recommending Blitz good quality products and excellent customer service.

Ordered a practice wooden Shoto sword
Ordered a practice wooden Shoto sword. On closer inspection I discovered a crack almost half way through the wood. However Blitz sent me a replacement straight away at no extra cost!
