Skam about return policy and although I chose my place to deliver I got an email to pick at the store! You just have few days to pick and they deducted 260 nok for me for delay.
The whole money gone and I didn’t hører any product… I keep following up

Hi,
If the package is not picked up before the pickup deadline, it will automatically be returned to us, and we will credit you for the products with a deduction for return shipping and a fee for an unclaimed package. If you want to avoid the latter fee, you must create a return request through your profile – we will then process the return as a normal cancellation. It looks like it has been resolved in this case.
