Ordered 29-11. Not receiving trackingcode for almost 1 week! After email it seemed they lost the parcel but an replacement had been sent. On 15-12 received tracking code. However already 10 days waiting to be picked up by courier! Looks fine on webpage but thats about it! Advice to avoid buying their models! Looks like scam to me!

Never purchasing anything from these people ever again. Placed an order on Nov.29th because their website clearly stated that if you place an order before Dec.8th you will get it in time for Christmas.. well it’s been 22 days now and my package is still somewhere in “transit”.. coming from surprise surprise, China! The 2-10 delivery date within US is a blatant lie and so is that they use “premium couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL”, big fat lie. Save your money , it’s such a scam.

Ordered Dec 10 stated 3-8 business days insured and guaranteed delivery . Emails back and forth they state no tracking number yet as not picked up by courier . Was supposed to be here by Christmas . They cannot get their stories straight . Now stating 10 business days after courier picked up . Do not recommend

I ordered a $240 block set Dec 6th. They strung me on with weeks of "progress" emails then lost package then shipped again. I never received any tracking codes and it's three days after they "shipped it" again. I'm now work to get my money back. I'll add another post to warn you about their refund department. Wish me luck.

So you're just buying a set from another, cheap brand and they simply put it in a box and charge an extra 80 dollar for this.

first and last time I order there the block zone is scam it is not even from them I ordered F22 Raptor and received a package from Temu with the bags and instruction booklet from Reobrix I went to see Reobrix there it only costs 67 euros and the block zone 129.95 euros it is scandalous we test the quality of our blocks that is why it comes from temu because that was stated on the box and on my tracking that I could follow no they don't see me there more

I got the cheapest *** you could find in AliExpress or Temu. It's drop shipping and despite tha, I got a damaged package, fully open with missing pieces, and they don't give a ***!

I purchased two 1.24 scale products (Red Bull F1 and Alfa Romeo 2022 F1). The shipping times were very long (about two weeks from the order) but the problem was the quality of the products.
The Red Bull kit was of very poor quality, practically impossible to assemble. Furthermore, the fidelity of the model is very approximate and the final effect of the assembly (after many attempts) was poor.
I filed a complaint and received a 15% refund.
The other kit was of good quality but I don't think I will buy another kit again.

When a product says dispatched in 24-48 hours I, mistakenly assumed, that meant it would ship. No, that means the order leaves their place and goes to an unknown warehouse to be boxed and shipped.
The tracking number they sent me didn't work on their linked site and I finally reached out to them. They did provide a better link but there was still no movement.
After contacting customer service the website did finally start updating.
Cannot figure out where this stuff ships from but it does go through customs, although the label on it when it arrived showed a warehouse in CA.
It took over 2 weeks for arrival. Just received last week so haven't had time to put it together so we'll see if it's all there and if it works the way it's supposed to.

DO NOT BUY Terrible company. Had to go through customs for the order. Only sent 1 email in a sea of spam ads from them. Only 1 notification that I missed and did not follow up. Originally I wanted to order and ship APO. They refused to do so and forced me to order and go through customs. The customer service was rude and non-sympathetic. I would not buy from them again. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I never received the item and now am out $269 dollars. I am already asking for a charge back for this order cause this company is terrible and has terrible business practices.

A few parts missing. Sinds an email to blockzone. They answered verder quickly en send me the missing peaces of the Red Bull car. Great build!

Ordered a garage which was fine. Then ordered a car to put in. Paper instructions missing, stickers missing and maybe parts missing, i dont know since I can't build the damn thing. Service is... There is no service!, emails keeps sending back as the address on their site is not working. There are lots of companies where they do understand the meaning of service.

JUNK Do not buy poor quality color does not match and horrible customer service

I’m building a Block Zone r/c digger. >4000 bits. Some were missing but have been posted through on request. A gearbox design fault means the motor won’t turn the tracks due to cogs not meshing. BUT, it’s a challenging piece of kit that I’m really enjoyed assembling.

It has been over 6 months and still no replacements for 3 motors that don't function and missing parts from Bag 2 and Bag 3, so the model isn't able to be constructed. It's a MouldKing Model, (BlockZone 17007 Crane) sold through BlockZone, so MK won't support this. Trust me, do NOT patronize this business as it will be a mistake if you need anything beyond a receipt for you over-priced purchase. You would think they would literally just send a new model out after this time, but they refuse to refund or exchange if the box has been opened. They won't talk except for over email, and don't provide any update. Worst consumer experience for me EVER.

Could have ordered the same model on AliExpress for half the price, didn’t even arrive in a model box.

Dropshipping business. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive after 2.5 weeks, customer service is just automated messages. When I asked them if they were dropshipping they just ignore that part. Bought a mini cooper s, since i have one myself, for 160 on “sale”. Found the exact same model on aliexpress for 80. I hope returning the product is easy

I received two packages that had contained nothing that resembled my order and they take forever to respond to support dragging your time to elapse their return policy. Do not buy from the company ever.

Absolute horrible product..
Comes in this taped up cardboard box, loose pieces thrown in and the stickers were all crunched up.
Go to assemble and there are many missing pieces.
Contact blockzone and because the purchase date was over a year old, they won't send any missing parts.
Don't waste your money on this terrible product.

Don't waste your money! Firstly the bricks are a cheap plastic packed in individual packets all placed into one giant big bag. There is no presentation box. The instruction manual is 1200 pages of pictures that attempt to show you how to build the model. We tried to start building the model but did not get past page1.
