Have not received any information on item. Can’t get ahold of anyone to give me information. Order ed on 15th of December and it’s currently December 26. Can’t track item. Very bad service

Not advised to buy from the block zone if intended as a gift.
£109 for a car kit which arrived as a load of small plastic packets in a brown cardboard box wrapped in brown tape.
No display pictures on the box etc. Emailed and questioned it and the reply was "at the end of the day its the building experience that matters"
Absolute joke !!!
Luckily i paid using paypal and they handled the case for a refund for me... interesting thing though..... the return delivery address is number 15 in a residential street.

two models arrived with half of the parts missing. the original boxes are removed for smaller boxes but as a result the bags arrive already opened so it is impossible to return and get a refund. company practicing dropshipping. model 3 times cheaper on Ali Express.

I wish I had looked for reviews prior to ordering!
My 16 yr old son sent me a link for some sets he wants for Christmas which are NOT cheap by any means either. I only ordered 2 separate jets for him. Received a box in the mail a few weeks later which when I opened it, there was packages with pieces in them. I assumed that was one set. Waited a few days later and contacted Block Zone regarding my order. I was then advised that BOTH jets were in the same box and I would need to check each individual package for a model # to separate them. SERIOUSLY!
So I begin, well, there were no model #’s on the packages, BUT, there was a piece of cardboard separating the 2 sets. I HOPE.
So I separate the 2 sets (atleast what I think is the 2 sets) and notice about 11 loose pieces in the box. Then I check the direction books and one is half laminated ( a page here, a page there).
So I contact them again. I was advised that the 11 loose pieces were extras incase they were needed ( 11 pieces of 2 kinds) and as for the direction booklet, that’s due to a faulty printer. Again, SERIOUSLY!
So I am then advised if I am not happy with the order, I can send it back but I must pay for shipping. At this point, I’d rather take the lose now then spending more $ for them to probably say they never received it back or decided to come up with some other excuse to not refund me my money. Order was a total of $260.00. Horrible how people get away with this.
Guess now I know why there is no place to leave a review on their site as well.
BEWARE!!!!

I purchased 4 car models all 4 top models. Received 1st one book and parts not matching tried every way to put together wound up with a 365.00 spare parts wrote company no help with issue no help said I would return other 3 which they come to me from Ontario Canada but I have to send parcels back to Texas at my expense so now I lost 365.00 on a car I cannot build cannot return as opened . And on top of that 48.00 per parcel to return so these scanners get an additional 515.00 out of me and there product back stay away scammers with knock off parts and books that do not match. I learned hard way never go to this company. You figure with the high price your getting a great product nope do not even get model box told it cost an extra 50 for model box comes in plain brown box taped all up crap at a ridiculously high price STAY CLEAR PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.

They are scammers...Do not trust them! I've not received the mattress I ordered and they are stealing $59 out of my account. I have requested a refund, they are not responding. Give them a big wide berth!!! Again do not trust Blogzoneclom!!!

Ordered an expensive item. Was contacted by FedEx to say that Block Zone had not provided the paperwork for international shipping and that they were unresponsive when contacted by FedEx. They had one week to provide the details or the order would be sent back to Block Zone.
Contacted Block Zone who said everything was sorted and my order would be delivered.
I followed up several days later, to be told that it was on me to deal with FedEx and they would take no responsibility for any missing paperwork on their end. They also stated that if the order was returned by FedEx due to paperwork having not been provided by Block Zone, Block Zone would not provide a refund. This appears to be completely illegal!
AVOID THESE FRAUDS!

Terrible service, don't buy from this place. Ordered a large set for a Christmas gift last year,it arrived late with damaged parts. It's now August and I'm still trying to get the replacement parts ! They couldn't care less and just reply to my emails saying they are chasing it up but nothing ever happens. Stay away from this company they will just rip you off.

I am still waiting on missing parts from a set i purchased in April
I email them each week and get no joy, now they are not even bothering to reply to my requests.
Please do yourself a Favour and keep your money in your wallet as I think it's just a scam operation, yes they got me for 4150. but as I buy a set every couple of weeks they are the ones missing out in the long run

I purchased the Santorini levels. It is suppose to come with digital instructions.
Nothing in box to explain how to get.
I have written them 4 times over the last week. No one responds.
Very frustrating

Missing peices right off the bat. I was really disappointed with the fit at first then major peice was missing on the fourth instruction of the first bag! What a joke!!

I ordered already 3 Car Models in the first one I had a little problem of 4 missing pieces (special made pieces) so it took quite a while to arrive but everything ended well.
Their support is very friendly and pretty fast replies.
Will order more for sure I like those models, look awesome and honestly they are worth the price

Missing parts a lot of the bricks won't stay together just keep falling apart i findly got to bag 7 and about 30hrs i findly put the hole thing in a trash bag and good bi to $395.00 it was not worth all the time. I would mot recommend your block kit again

I never got the package, and the tracking number came too late in the email. My package was already destroyed and I didn't get a refund.

As a father of a 1 year old I’d like time off and build something. So I ordered a 2122pc space shuttle. 9 steps into the build I’m missing pieces already. I contacted Block Zone, received the missing pieces a week later. I move on, 12 steps later I’m again missing pieces.

I’m not gonna count all 2122 pieces to see if everything’s there. That’s absurd. I’m not enjoying this experience AT ALL. I want to simply pick up the manual and build when I have some spare time.

They don’t do refunds anymore, so I’m stuck with 180 euro’s of pile of bricks that I just wanna toss on the bin.

Do not recommend.

i bought over $110 got a package of bubble wrap and a piece of wood has written about it but no new package Wish has replaced me when this happened before but not block zone Wish is probably thinking more ahead

I’m surprised there are so many negative reviews on here.
After placing my order and receiving a questionable “tracking number” I looked up reviews and figured I had been scammed and my money was all but lost.
It did take awhile (4weeks) but my package did arrive. I was still hesitant that the build and pieces would be what I ordered after reading so many horrible reviews.
I just finished the build (sun, earth and moon moving mobile) and let me tell you,…amazing!
The quality of the pieces and the accuracy of the instructions was beyond all expectations. For such a complex build with all the moving gears I was sure something wasn’t going to work but it was flawless.
I will be ordering again. Hopefully I have the same experience.
I will say that there were little to no spare pieces and some are tiny so pay attention and don’t lose any!

My first order was missing a few pieces, but I decided to order again anyway. I ordered 2 puzzles, only received one, then had to pay for the instructions separately. They keep telling me that the other puzzle was delivered, but I don't have it.

Pros:
Cool kits. Parts are Lego compatible.

Cons:
-Looooong shipping times (from China)
-Items don't come boxed (big issue if you order multiple kits)
-Items that never ship, but say they have shipped, so you have to follow up withem.
-Items that come with missing parts.

Ordered for someone as a gift, the tracking was a joke, took over three weeks even if it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas’s. No box just a box covered in tape with bags and a manual + missing items. I’d be embarrassed to be selling such a bad product.
