Hello Rhys,
When you emailed your issue was that the clothes were not the size you had ordered in the labels but they did infact fit you. We explained this is due to us measuring items ourselves to give a correct sizing as items can change size and shape over time.
This is why our listings all have 'Label states... and Measureas as....' in the size section.
I can see that this is the email response Wendy sent to you - ''Hello Rhys,
I'm sorry you're disappointed with the items in your order.
When we list all of our items, you'll notice that we include individual measurements for each one along with stating any sizes given in the original tags. We then size the items again, according to our own sizing guide, bearing in mind that as these are vintage items we are selling, some may have changed shape over the years (being shrunk, or simply through general wear and tear).
I'm sure you'll appreciate why we do this, and we hope in doing so, that we are giving our customers as much information as possible regarding the items they are viewing.

Awful. They give you different sizes that you order and say “sizes change over years”. I ordered small, they gave me a large, i tried it on and it fitted like a large

Hi Adam,
We have used our measuring process on 100,000's of items in the 8 years we have been doing this. Items do change over time and some of our items are 20/30/40 years old - modern sizes are a lot different to when these items were released.
It is very rare that there is any issue but as arranged in our emails. The order is on its way back for a full refund.
