Almost perfect
Everything went smoothly. Always love the candys and little note. The sweatshirt fits amazingly and is extremely soft, love it.
I would have just like to have a little reminder during the check-up that, as I'm from the European Union, I may have to pay some customs fees when I receive my package (but then again I could've checked that myself).
Other than that, just keep doing such a great work !

Horrible shipping
Ordered 3 hoodies on November 14th, currently its December 2nd. Still no sign of the hoodies. Wrote them a email yesterday. Still no reply. I am from Croatia and the hoodies are a gift for my brother on Saint Nicholas (6th December) which is a big holiday in Croatia ( I dont know if other nations celebrate it ). Very disappointed. Since I started ordering online this is the first time something is this late.
Update: the hoodies arrived today , they are great, they also gave me a bag of sweets in the package. Things got a little out of their hand in my case and they couldnt do anything about it.

Hello Josip, I can see you have an email thread yesterday with Emily about your order and she is helping you with this. Unfortuantely the delay is very rare and is out of our hands - I can see we shipped the order out at the first chance and within less than 24 hours of you ordering.
Please be pateient - I understand the frustration and there is frustration from our side too but in the current climate unfortunately these delays are happening.

At 4pm the same day - a despatch notification with all of your tracking information was sent to the email address you used on your order. The email address is the same one as you received the confirmation email too and also the feedback email. I have ordered 3 times from bloc vintage, and each time they were the most reachable company that i've ordered from the uk. Being in Portugal, the delivery may be tricky, but they always offered to help track my orders.
