Excellent Customer Service
We have been very happy with bloomerang. It has increased our donor engagement and donations. When we began with them in 2016, we had approximately 1500 donors. We now have over 8,000. And our donations have skyrocketed.
But what we love the most is the customer service. They are always available to chat and help you walk through any question. We highly recommend this for any nonprofit, small or large.

Your support is next to none. Unfortunately I was in on choosing a database for our school, so I didn't get any advanced training. I hit the ground running and when I fell, support picked me up and got me going again. I am very grateful!!!

Bloomerang is very user friendly
Bloomerang is very user friendly. I honestly think you guys thought of everything. One of the easiest parts of my job is logging our donations into Bloomerang. I love that it integrates with QuickBooks so easily. Thank you!

Bloomerang - Full Service Moving Company and Amazing Customer Service
Everyone at Bloomerang has been incredibly helpful since we demo'ed the software to helping with any request throughout the week. The platform itself is very user friendly and I like that Bloomerang is open to client requests for new features to be added. I highly recommend working with them!

A pleasure to work with
One of the best customer service teams I've dealt with. They consistently improve their services with thoughtful updates. I do wish their online giving form was better - it would help small nonprofits not to have to pay for an additional program in order to have an online giving form that meets fundraising needs. But overall, we've been pleased with Bloomerang since summer of 2020!

There are so many different features…
There are so many different features that make Bloomerang great. Such as the way you can see graphics of your monthly donations, the ease of the letters, the goals for campaigns on the dashboard, how easy it is to see what each person has donated, and many more.
I gave 4 stars because the converting process was not simple. Long and hard.

Always Improving
