The product and support are outstanding! We appreciate how easy it is to use.

The platform is agile and efficient. Customer service handles our inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally. Suggestions for enhancements to the platform are intentionally considered and added if feasible.

Most of Bloomerang is great and intuitive. I love the customer support. I find the design features of the email program to be hard to learn and not so intuitive. For instance, just to enlarge a photo, you have to click on "apply effects and more." It would be much better if you could just click and drag the corner of the photo like most other programs allow you to do.

Bloomerang is the most intuitive and user-friendly CRM I have ever used in my 17 years as a development professional! As a consultant now, I recommend Bloomerang to all of my nonprofit clients considering a new CRM.

Bloomerang is perfect for our needs as a non-profit Christian organization.

Bloomerang is a fantastic donor database. It has everything you could possible need to run a fundraising program. It's easy to learn, very user friendly. They have stellar tech support if you ever need help. They are always making improvements to their software. They have a great mobile app that makes it easy to document visits or interactions when you are out of the office. They also offer free educational webinars throughout the year on how to use specific aspects of the database and other fundraising topics of interest. I would recommend Bloomerang to anyone who is looking for a donor database.

Watching a short video on the Help feature was very useful and I found the answer to my question.

It does not matter the challenge I am having always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeble, direct, and extremely customer friendly!

Bloomerang is a great product, but they are attempting to create a monopoly for their own payment processor by forcing you to use their own payment processor, rather than Stripe if you want to accept e-check / ACH donations. Bloomerang has deliberately written the code not to support ACH giving, if you use Stripe, and all it would take is one change to their code, that they won't do, because they are trying to force use of their own payment processor.

Here's a message I received from Stripe, when attempting to enable ACH payments in Stripe. It appears that if the Bloomerang code used "automatic_payment_methods" (as suggested by the error message below in Stripe) then I wouldn't have to completely change payment processors to Bloomerang Payments, which impacts saved recurring giving, accounting, stored credit cards, and donor satisfaction.

We've detected that you are using payment_method_types to configure payment methods. To manage payment methods from this page, replace payment_method_types with automatic_payment_methods.

Bloomerang is a great company to work with. They are user friendly with staff ready to help and user guides and templates that make the work so much easier.

Knowledgeable, friendly, patient customer service. The chat feature is great. When I have any problems or questions, they are there to help. I haven't ever worked with another database, but I've found whatever questions or goals I have, they are able to work with me.

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Their client relations are AMAZING! It's almost impossible to make a mistake in the system that is unfixable. The availability of blogs, videos, and webinars makes it easy to learn on your own. However, when you do run into something you can't figure out their client support staff are friendly, informative, efficient, and seem to actually believe there are no stupid questions.

I recommend Bloomerang to everyone working in small fundraising shops.

It’s easy to use, has a great chat that always helps you solve any issues immediately and they often fix and update things for the better.

Our organization has encourted an issue with bounced Emails sent to recipients on the Spectrum platform. This issue has been ongoing for at least 6 weeks. It remains unresolved despite numerous calls to the Support Team.
Other than dealing with this issue, the Support Team is very responsive and helpful.

I absolutely love "B-rang" as I call it! It is my fundraising superpower! I would work in a nonprofit without this donor database!

However, I must tell you the report function is a bear! Simple, straight forward reports are no problem. But when your npo grows to a certain threshold, the filters become like a labyrinth. Please look at this function. Even more templates (a lot more) would make it easier for us "non IT" folks!

All aspects of Bloomerang meet or exceed my needs and expectations and customer service is excellent.

We are a new non-profit organization and once we had a constituents in our account, we realized we had needed this sooner. We use the email templates and make reports and learning more about what all we can do in Bloomerang every day. The dashboard is great and easy to see what is given each day.

Overall a very good product. Would like the ability to print letters directly from Bloomerang to the printer. Currently need to hack it with a download to a PDF, then printer whicj is cumbersome.
