Always different from shop bought, I always get compliments about my bloomon flowers.
Bloomon are definitely the best.
On top of wonderful flowers that last up to 3 weeks if well attended to, their flowers are responsibly grown and they’re improving on that to minimise the environmental impact. Plus they have an excellent customer service which is always a plus. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for a 2 solid years now and I’ve placed orders in Belgium and Germany too. Bloomon please go to Italy too!
This review is specific to the mono Dahlia arrangement. Bloomon is almost always consistent with the freshness and variety of flowers that is delivered. The mono collection always looks great and I have tried the anthuriums in the past and they were beautiful. While the Dahlia selection was absolutely a stunner I must admit that having them in my vase for just three days the blooms are beginning to dry. I don’t normally have this issue with bloomon On the regular deliveries - I still have a Deluxe bunch that is fresh as a daisy 10 days on and I am pretty sure that I will have another 5 days to go. Maybe it’s just the dahlias.

Lovely flower selections. Not as exciting as in the company's earlier days; the bouquets are a little more predictable and unadventurous, but still beautiful and long lasting. Good customer care if you ever encounter problems with a delivery.
The Atelier designs tend to be outstanding. I haven't seen similar contemporary designs at any other online florists. Some of the stems are short lasting, but majority holds up very well, and even 10 days later I have a fresh looking bouquet on the table. Haven't had any issues with delivery so far. + I ordered a vase once from them, that I'm super happy with.
I have a fortnightly subscription and my experience is that the flowers are stunningly beautiful, very long-stemmed, very varied and very long-lasting. Every stem is a different flower or leaf, which makes for a really glorious, contemporary display, much more interesting than your usual bouquet. I change the water every 3 or 4 days as they advise, and most of the bouquet lasts 3 weeks.
I had one delivery where two heads were broken: customer service was prompt and responsive, giving me a discount from the following delivery. Orders for others have also been lovely.
Sometimes the bouquets are stunning, so gorgeous and you get some really amazing and unusual flowers. BUT... other times the bouquets look like they've been picked by a 5-year-old and just look messy and thrown together in the vase. I still have a subscription, but the lack of consistency in quality stops me from ordering more frequently.

Beautiful selection and arrangements, but we've suffered too many casualties through the postal system and/or experienced buds dropping after day 1. Generally they don't last longer than a week max and the company won't supply a second flower food for the refresh (I did ask and they said no!).
Nice but not great, and having read this back myself it's probably time we switched our regular flowers to another company; one that really does care about the customer and their experience.
Stunning contemporary flowers that last for more than 2 weeks if you follow their tips on how to prolong their stems vase life. i.e. clean the vase and change the water every 3 days. This works. Can't fault the customer service as they always reply to emails quickly and have resolved any problems promptly. I've had bouquets from them for a couple of years now and can't rate them highly enough. Friends I've recommended them to are also delighted.
Honestly just the worst experience using them. Got everything they've could've done wrong and every hurdle to the point where I'm actually astounded they're still in business
I love the flowers from this company. I've been receiving fortnightly flowers from Bloomon for over a year. Each bouquet is completely different with interesting flowers and fantastic colours. They are a little pricey but the flowers typically last 10 days.

Fortunately I used PayPal so was covered an got a full refund.
Ordered gift card middle of December, day before xmas eve was told they couldn't deliver so would I accept a digital code via email, accepted this and still nothing, then received a cheap and nasty gift card on Jan 4th...
Attempted to contact them multiple times for a refund in the new year and no responses to emails and their phone number was always hooked up to the same message stating "out of working hours". 3pm on a Wednesday? 10am on a Tuesday...?

Absolutely awful customer service team Bloomon have! They take forever to answer and then when they finally do, they don’t bother offering a solution! Absolute waste of time and will never be ordering again! Lost almost £40 for nothing! Thanks a bunch Bloomon!
Firstly I received a very substandard bouquet and that was replaced thank you my review is regarding the two small ceramic vases purchased costing almost £50 the first invoice had failed payment via PayPal as my card had to be replaced due to a faulty card since then it's been updated on the bloomon UK website I did ask them just to cancel the invoice but bloomon didn't like that so I have paid the invoice.The first vase was cracked and the second one the quality of the glaze was definitely substandard it had drip marks photographs sent over to bloomon UK via email received a reply staying I needed to pay the outstanding invoice which I have bloomon told me they will only refund me almost £32 so nearly £18 out of pocket and still awaiting my refund definitely will not be using bloomon UK again.

First time ordering with Bloomon and unfortunately a terrible experience.
I placed the order a week in advance, and then on the day the flowers were due to arrive, after not receiving any parcel by the late afternoon I chased the company only to be told they had in fact had an error that meant the delivery had been cancelled. However I had not been notified at all, despite them claiming they realised the error that morning.
Offered a redelivery for a weeks time. Not helpful considering they were for a special occasion the following day.
Account cancelled. I won't be ordering again.
We have been receiving Bloomon flowers (the large bouquet) once a month since 2016, and they are an essential staple in our flat! They are just incredible for the price (so much better quality than your usual £30 bouquet) and they last a really long time if properly looked after. I don't like the packaging of how they arrive - it used to be perfect - they would bring you the flowers in a card bouquet by bike. Now it comes from a courier service in a big cardboard box - the flowers stay fresh and undamaged that way, but the cardboard box is annoying to throw away as it's so big. That being said, the flowers are so beautiful and so impressive that we can forgive this. Highly, highly recommended.
